She recommended very specific wall colors, drapes, and light fixtures. She knows what buyers in our market are looking for and made sure we had the house ready for staging. Once we had done our part, she came in with furniture, drapes and accessories that were absolutely perfect! (She made me want to move back in.) The house was on the market for less than a week and had numerous offers well above the list price. The final sale price was higher than we could have dreamed of and I attribute this in great part to Lisa's ability to make our house look spectacular. If you want to do it right, hire Lisa!

Deann Renovated the kitchen, laundry, living rooms and all bathrooms to a spectacular finish. She also furnished much of the home, including lamps and accessories and the result was stunning. We moved to Arizona shortly after and the GH house sold before it ever hit the market. Just one call to a Realto ,and we had an offer the same day! We also hired Deann to Refresh a home in Bend Oregon. After trying a Design firm in Bend we called Deann to clean up the design direction and in two days she had all of the finishes selected to move forward with our remodel. After months with the other firm spinning their wheels it was such a relief to have her create a clear path forward. She selected all of our tile, lighting, paint colors, flooring and told us to keep our existing kitchen cabinets. We were coached to paint a few cabinets, and change the layout minimally saving us thousands of dollars. We highly recommend Deann Hammer of Broadway Design for your next project. Lisa Seek

Very boring bland staging. But the most important thing is not following our condo rules. We were very clear about making sure to keep the garage door shut if unattended because of the neighborhood. I went down three times today and that man-door was open, propped open with bungee cords, etc. after I'd shut it three different times for safety concerns. This garage sits in the alley where vagrants hang. This company did the same thing when they set up and we warned them over and over again. Sally, This was done on Eastlake Avenue. I live in the condo building and was asked for my opinion on the staging. I was aghast. Also, I was around today when it was being done and taken down.
