How do they do it? Who knows? Whatever, I was able to get an appointment for the Italian consulate through them for a whopping $450! The appointments are usually free through the consulate! The visa is what you have to pay for if it's granted! $450 for just an appointment through Favisbook because they book up all the slots and nothing is left for the general public! read more

Don't do it! I had the worst decision to try these guys. I traveled for 3 hours to get in the consulate of Spain and the first thing the guy said they couldn't start my application because the appointment was set to Student Visa and I was looking for Residence Visa. I asked two times TO FAVISBOOK before I went to the consulate fo Spain, explained that I was going to apply for Residence Visa, I told them also that is going with two children and the Favisbook said that was ok "the consulate will honor your appointment." DO NOT BELIEVE IN THEIR SERVICES OR ANYTHING ELSE. read more

This place is a scam for anyone trying to get an appointment for the Italian Consulate in New York. They book all the appointments that are supposed to be free and then sell them to desperate people who couldn't make appointments because of them. The consulate should know about this and put a stop to it as it is ridiculous. They charge over $300 per appointment that is supposed to be free. read more

They charged a ridiculous price ($450) to get me an appointment, which I was fine paying since I was desperate. I felt like they were taking advantage of my situation (considering they don't pay the consulate any money for the appointment). Then, when I cancelled my appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, they refused to issue even a partial refund. It's a responsive, legitimate service but they are greedy and not interested in being reasonable with their customer service. read more

Two stars cause it worked. We paid S450 and got an immediate appointment. A corrupt system is better than a broken one, right?
