Over the past…read more22 months (as of September 20th, 2023), there has been a persistent issue with him not paying the rent for "Villa Navarra Terramar" and not adhering to the requests to vacate the property. Additionally, he has continued to rent the property through his website. My grandmother, who is 97 years old and the rightful owner of the property, had a trusting relationship with Felip for eight years. However, she has been facing a significant financial challenge due to these circumstances. Given the slower pace of the Spanish judicial system, we anticipate more time may pass before the issue is fully resolved and Felip returns the keys to my grandmother's home and pays the outstanding amount. While this situation has been trying for our family, we simply want to share our experience to caution others when dealing with this company. It's been a difficult time, and we hope for a fair resolution. Nobody deserves to go through this situation, and specially a 97 year old citizen. Durante los últimos 22 meses (a partir del 20 de septiembre de 2023), ha habido un problema persistente con el pago del alquiler de "Villa Navarra Terramar" y la falta de cumplimiento de las solicitudes para desocupar la propiedad. Además, ha continuado alquilando la propiedad a través de su sitio web. Mi abuela, que tiene 97 años y es la legítima dueña de la propiedad, mantuvo una relación de confianza con Felip durante ocho años.
