My 2 Belgian malinois are very unique in demeanor and behavior. They don't do well with people they don't know and don't play well with others. She was a nervous wreck and got stress induced colitis (for those who don't know it is common in shepherd breeds) She was fine in 3 days, which is typical. Next day I took my boy in and he seemed ok. The staff emailed photos and updated me on how they did. The next week I took them both together for boarding. The staff made sure they had separate sleeping areas, but they got to play together and even made friends with the staff. Dogs came back happy and healthy and appeared to have been well taken care of. It is hard to find staff and establishments that are experienced with Belgian malinois and know how to interact with them. If you know you know! I am so thankful I didn't listen to the ridiculous "bad reviews" and went in to check this place out myself. The place smells like puppy because they care for lots of dogs! They are constantly cleaning and keeping the dogs in a play rotation based on behavior and interaction needs. I appreciate that not all of the dogs are just left out to freely roam because with that many k9s of the challenging type things can go south quick! They do an amazing job at keep ALL dogs safe, healthy and happy. We will definitely be back and enjoyed all of the photos emailed to us over the course of their stay. He started to really scare me with his cough as this was the first time in 9.5 years my dog has ever been sick. After a call with the manager Brooklyn I was left feeling disgruntled and taken advantage of with the entire change and my dog coming home sick. I spend $187 at the vet for meds. I called back to give them an opportunity to make it right and she was kinder this time on the phone but did not make it right. She also told me they are under the same ownership and management even though public record states different. For someone who comes often and always treats everyone in there with kindness and respect I do not feel that they made it right. It would have been nice to have atleast one night credited to my account but instead all they did was credit me $20 for the non communication about the overcharge and new pricing. Just know if your animal comes home sick, you will be responsible for the entire bill with no financial empathy from management. The front desk girl at the Jones location is the sweetest ever. She gives 100000% amazing customer service and should be in charge of guest recovery going forward.

Then Mike grabbed her leash and corrected her. That's all it took! He showed us how to fix the situation and stay consistent at it. Look at the picture!
