We were close to getting rid of our pup! So happy we didn't! The training has been fun, and we are learning so much! I highly recommend.

Had an appointment booked for two weeks in Kansas City. My husband left work early to be there. No one showed up or bothered to call.

I brought our female schnauzer in to be groomed. Stated not to shave her and to keep eyebrows, and…read morebeard just trim(schnauzer cut) and to be sure to trim her nails. Repeated again and gal said to have a schnauzer cut. I agreed. I came to pick up Sugar, paid and included a cash tip for groomer. Then they brought out our dog completely shaved. NO BEARD, NO EYEBROWS. Of course gal I had dropped off with was not there, groomer was gone for the day. I expressed my disappointment and did not even get a (I'am sorry). What can we do about this?

Who let the dogs out? I did! I let my puppy out and took her to Woof's. WOW. What a great place!…read more I was nervous at first because trusting my baby to strangers was a big step for me. After the first trial visit, though, Annie the Havi, was joyful to go back. I love that I can watch her on video and know what she is doing every minute. They have a well-maintained, clean and sanitary facility. The staff has been especially nice and helpful. Because of COVID, they come to my car to pick up Annie. She is sooo happy to see them and she flies into their arms. I can tell she loves coming to Woof's. They give me a report and send me photos so I can watch her progress. I think they truly love the dogs that come to Woof's. The building is easily accessible and there are plenty of parking spaces. I could not be happier with Woof's. The prices for services are great, too. Hope to be coming here for a long time.

Love Petco! I used to dislike this store. The staff was not interested in me as a customer. I just…read moregot a blah feeling about this store. Over the years, though, they have evolved into a store that truly cares about you and your pets. When I go to this store, they know me by name. That alone makes a world of difference. They carry only the best products and I love their Vital Care reward program. I get coupons every month and it helps. I have two small dogs. I get them groomed here and have complete faith and trust in their groomers. They even reminded me that one dog was due her rabies vaccination. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. One night I got to the register and had forgotten to put my wallet in my purse when I changed purses. I had no way to pay for my grooming. They helped me figure out a low-stress solution. I could not be more grateful and happy. They always call my dogs by name and remember them. The prices are reasonable and the services exceptional. This store is easy access, too. It's easy to navigate and you can park close to the store. This is a smallish store but they always have a good stock of items. No empty shelves or outdated products. It is big enough, though, to have a dog training center in the center part of the store. I've used their buy online and pick up in store option several times. Could not be easier. They've always had my purchases in stock and ready for my pickup. Great store, great price but, more importantly, great people.

Mike at K.I.S.S. Dog training has made a monumental impact not only on our Australian Cattle Dog,…read moreBernie, but our whole family. We started out as a complex case due to Bernie's reactivity towards other people, a variety of objects (mainly those with wheels), hyperactivity, etc. We learned how to keep Bernie under his threshold so he gets to practice good behavior as much as possible. We went through his Babies Don't Bark course and Bernie is now the best older brother to my one month old! I never would have imagined Bernie would be walking next to a stroller or staying calm by lying off to the side when people/dogs pass by but sure enough he's doing it...still with lots of cheese to motivate him :-) Mike helped us get anxiety meds started, which has made a big difference, and has normalized wearing a muzzle! I won't sugar coat the amount of work and patience it takes to keep up on training but it's been worth it. Mike is so responsive in emails (within hours of asking a question) and has lots of YouTube videos and books to help owners. Training a dog is a life long experience! Last year I felt overwhelmed but now I have a better understanding of how to help Bernie in different situations so I feel in control. Special shout-out to Angela for being so helpful with scheduling! Thank you!!

I really appreciate all that he has done for me and my pup. He has made the training process much easier than I thought it would be, and he makes it much more fun too.
