Horrible treatment of prospective renters! The woman there made an appointment with my family members for noon to show them an apartment. When they got there, she informed them she would not show them the apartment until 6 hours later. When the couple showed surprise and dismay, the "realtor" (how she got her license, I will never know) chased them out the door screaming and cursing at them. These people are unprofessional and possibly disturbed. They also have a long history of scamming people (read the reviews here and on Google). Received a call about an apartment I inquired about. Agent told me to come and meet her at the office and then we would go see the apartment. After reading Google reviews saying that there is a fee just to LOOK at the apartment. I asked the agent, and she confirmed, there was a fee. She didn't state that, in the first phone conversation. I was about to take a drive there and waste my time. I think it's obsurd to pay to just view an apartment. I shouldn't have to pay a fee to a realty I don't plan on doing business with. Realtor fees are fine. But a fee just to view the apartment is ridiculous. Glad I checked before I wasted my time. Everyone else beware. Also, they don't post pictures of the apartments online. On website, it says 1 bedroom for 950. However, when I got there, they told me it's a studio. Even after I told them I am interested in a particular place. They still want to sit down with you to talk about what you need. Such a waste of time experience. No pictures at all just to lure you there. They would ask you your price range, and then they would aim for houses at your maximum price, to earn off a full month rent broker fee. read more

Worst experience ever! Saw so many apartments listed from them on Craigslist but I'm pretty sure they just list them to scam you to come into their office. I went into their office and met with Diane. I told Diane my price range and areas I was looking to live. She then told me to move forward I needed to pay the $50 credit app fee so I did. Diane then left me in a room for over an hour, I assume looking for somewhere to show me. Well if I saw places I was interested in online then what are you looking for. Over the course of 2 weeks, I saw only 2 apartments by Diane. Neither were in the towns I was looking at. She got attitude with me when she I told her I didn't like either. They were both in poor condition and in a town that was not for me. After that Diane did not return my phone calls nor my text messages. I had to then start over with a new realtor. Oh and FYI she is the worst driver out there. She nearly got into 3 accidents the 2 times I got in the car with her. Stay away!! read more

My mom meets her at the office and was informed she has to pay a $50 fee BEFORE she can see a place . At no time was this ever discussed . Worst. Experience. Ever. I "worked" with Yasmine Greene, one of their realtors, and I genuinely think her reviews on multiple websites are made up because she was the most unhelpful, condescending, LIAR I have ever worked with in any capacity. We were looking for an apartment and she showed us a few. We chose one and went through the application process. After that point, she was terrible at answering phone calls and texts or would tell you she would get back to you and never would call back. We ended up communicating with the management company ourselves because she wasn't getting any answers for us. Meanwhile, we're trying to move our entire life. Let's not forget to mention she got her realtor fee right when we applied, so once she got her money, she was done doing her job. Quick side note: The whole point of having a realtor - or - basically Yasmine's job is to be the middle man between the renter and landlord. This is something she didn't do at all. We ended up involving other family members because she consistently dismissed our questions and concerns, which we think was because she discriminated us because of our young age. When one of our family members called, they ended up getting in a screaming match because she couldn't deal with being called out for her mistakes and not once did she apologize or improve after the fact. We were very strict about wanting a place that would have the ability for us to have two cars parked on the property. She ensured us that there was a second parking spot available for an extra cost a month, which was completely fine with us. This was promised to us before even submitting the application. Fast-forward to the day before we were moving in, we went to drop off first month's rent and the rent for the parking spot. The property manager looked at us and said, "We don't have any extra spots so you can't get a second parking spot." He even said that Yasmine NEVER MENTIONED US NEEDING A SECOND PARKING SPOT. This is the exact opposite of what Yasmine said the entire process when I kept checking in with her to make sure we have that second spot secured for when we were to move in. Already fed up with Yasmine's lies, I called her up right in front of the property manager. I put her on speaker and asked her why we don't have a second spot. Not knowing she was on speaker with us listening in, she proceeded to say she knew there were no spots but thought maybe one would possible open up. This means that she lied to us when we applied for the apartment and went through the lease signing. We caught her in the lie and called her out for it and just kept saying to take her off speaker. No apologies, because in Yasmine's eyes she does no wrong! 6 months later, we are in the same apartment and still have not gotten that second parking spot, despite the property manager saying one will open up in a month or two from moving in. We also haven't received our signed lease agreement which means we have no legal document to back us up if anything goes wrong. I even reached out to Sisto Realty to help with this matter, and they didn't help. All Yasmine did was show us the apartment. That's it. She literally did nothing else, but make my life a living hell. I placed a complaint with Sisto Realty and they really didn't care. This woman and this realtor is so unprofessional and honestly, a scam. So I will be leaving this review everywhere possible so that people know who this woman really is. This place is a scam just as the other reviewers mentioned. How do you asked for $50 to do a background/credit check before showing an apartment, but then show apartments before even running the report. I also saw an ad on Craigslist's list. I called and was told by Amanda to come in and she would SHOW me the apartment. I go in at 6p to just be told by Amanda, they needed $50 for an application fee to run my background/credit check and if I gave it right then and there she would take me to see the apartment. I asked what happens if they don't find me an apartment, do I get my money back. Her answer was "we keep looking til we find one. " IF I had given her the $$ she would have shown me the apt, but there is no way she could have run a credit report/background check at that time (6pm) and received it back in minutes, to be able to show me the apt. So THEY do not need to run anything to show you an apt as they claim because they are willing to show you the apt as soon as you hand over the $50. They probably do not run any reports only until a landlord request it. This isn't a realty company. They are basically an apartment hunter type company. And the receptionist or whatever her position was had no professional etiquette (I do not know her name). I'm so glad I passed and did not give them anything after reading these reviews. read more

Is it Possible to give a Double Negitave Rating?? Is So Sisto Really Deserves it!!!!!!! Wish I saw this Yelp before getting involed with this company Big mistake on my part.... I was looking for an apartment I saw on graigslist this complany had a lot of listings so I tried then. I contacted them and I spoke with a young woman ( I'm not going to say her name ) But it began with the letter Y. Nice enough woman on the phne. Made plans to meet in her office the next day. She said her hours were from 1 to 7 the next day. Got there about 2:15 she wasn't there. So waited she rolled in around 3:15. Told her what was looking for. She said had a couple of places we could see that evening. But had to fill out paperwork and $50.00 for credit check. gave her the $50.00 and did the paperwork. So came back at 7 she took us the apartment complex with was awful Nothing nice about the place it was old, broken down the hallway, bicycles from other tenants kids all over the hallway, it was filithy the carpet in the common hallway looked like been there over 20 yrs. it smelled. The front door wasn't locked and it was supose to be. Even the mailbox unit in the common area of the hallway 2 of the 4 of them were broken and from the rust seen on the 2 broken ones they look broken for a while. With out getting fixxed. She kept trying to reassure this is just one we'e touring. Not the actual apartment I'd be getting. I wasn't happy about it AND I LET HER KNOW IT!!!! But she kept pressing for an answer. Just to get her off my back because she said had to act fast this place was in high demand. I told her give me 2 days think about it. Then she took me to the other one. I thought I was in a time warp -1970 Everything was older than the last place Water stains on the ceiling it was just bad!!! Called Ms Y back the following day because my mom said c'mon can't be that bad? Lets go look at the 1st place again but I'll tag along this time. Because she didn't the first time. WELL she saw and she too thought it was awful And I was being kind from the description. I told Ms.Y find me something else. I told her I saw reviews on the 1st place and they were bad it even not only mentioned roaches but pictures too. I didnt hear from her for 2 weeks till finally i texed her to call me . I spoke to Ms Y gave me this song and dance that she had nothing for me. So I inquired if she had ran my credit she said no. So I asked about the $50.00 and returing it since she didn't run credit check, hadn't seen anything else. And it didnt seem like I wasn't going to be shown anymore. Well. Ms Y got into an huff... Told me well I did show you 2 places. The money wasn't going to be returned. She said she was under the inpression that I would take the place, In don't know why she would think some like that.I couldn't more clearer that I hated the place. So I was shown 2 DUMPS Didn't get the credit report done -that I paid for - Or it's return because in her words she showed me 2 places. Basically- if you don't take what they show you- your put on the pay no mind list.
