I would not recommend ordering custom furniture here. Terrible customer service. I ordered two…read morecustom couches from them 13 weeks ago and still have nothing. We were told 6-8 weeks. At 10 weeks, I wanted an update. I called expecting to hear it was back ordered, but they started to get a bit suspicious. Jessica (who everyone says is in charge of this brand) NEVER returns phone calls she says she is going to. I've had to physically return to the store twice just to try to figure out what is going on. She has also been making false claims against the brand. She claims both that the brand's reps are not speaking with her and acts as if she can not find information on the tracking. I called the brand themselves, who were incredibly helpful within a few minutes and appalled by her claims. They could have tracked it on the spot for me, but I don't physically have the order number. The official couch company has had to open a case to investigate the situation and as of yesterday, she won't talk to them either.

Some pricing is hopeful, others negotiable if vendors are there. Large parking lot, in an old gymnasium. Sometimes a lemonade stand truck parks there, too. We found stuff. It's large, but not the largest. We found some treasures although we didn't initially think we would. Worth the hunt.
