If you want to find great brands and prices like this in NYC, you have to be prepared to sort through an unorganized store and it's like finding a needle in a haystack-- but not here. Everything is so organized, each clothing rack is in order according to sizing, even the shoes are organized, there's no clutter and the store is easy to walk through and find what you need. I could say "it's an Italian thing" for why it's so organized and neat since Italians are all about presentation and visuals, but I still have to give this store credit for keeping things organized considering the high amount of tourist traffic that comes through this area. The layout is grand and you can see how to get to each specialty department from mostly anywhere in the store without really needing to ask where departments are. The sales people are chill, they don't hassle you, but are available to help when you need them. If you're in Firenze and prefer to shop quality and designer apparel without paying full price, this is the place to come! After you finish doing your touristy things near the Duomo, come and visit just around the corner!

    I bought pants 4 minutes before closing as a last second decision at the register, so I did not…read morehave time to try them on at the restaurant. As soon as I arrived at my apartment, I discovered a hole in the pants at the crotch, rending them unwearable. I called and the closing employee told me that I could exchange them, or get store credit. I brought them in the next day, there were different employees working. I brought my exchange to the register and I was immediately met with confusion. One of the employees accused me of causing the hole, I told her that I did not have time to try them on as I called as soon as I got home, I have phone records and can attest to the distance to my apartment. She called me stupid for buying clothes with a hole in it and told me that I could not exchange it, and they would have to send a picture of the issue to the manufacturer. I told her that I called last night and the closing employee told me something else. It appears that there is no strict rule about exchanges. I have never been so insulted in my life. The employee continued to laugh at me through the visit. Edit - After two weeks, I was finally able to exchange. It took many calls and visits, but they stuck to their original word. After the initial visit, that employee was kinder to me, she did not laugh or call me anything rude when I would visit. She even helped me with directions to a place as this is my first time living in another county. I am glad the issue finally was resolved, I just wish it did not take all of this. I will still return to buy clothes but I will keep the initial review up for if anyone else experiences this.

    Horrible customer service! The pants I bought were faulty. Approximately three hours after I bought…read morethem I realised that they had a very big hole in the crotch area. When I went back to the store (on the same day) and tried to exchange the pants, the store manager told me she would not accept a faulty item back. At first, she accused me of ripping the pants. She also tried to tell me that European Customer law did not apply to Italy and that she was under no obligation to exchange the goods. She was unable to contact anyone who could give her authorization to let me exchange the pants. I left feeling very disappointed and annoyed. 50 € down the drain. The store manager has obviously no understanding of customer rights and the obligations of a seller. Moreover, if the store manager (!) is unable to handle returns and problems as seemingly simple as mine that shows how poorly organized the whole store/company is. I would not recommend shopping there! Save yourself the trouble...
