Great experience at Sisters Cafe! Got an awesome drink with great food and service before the Pendleton Whisky Music Festival! I LOVE Sister's! My husband moved to Pendleton before I did, and he talked about Sister's all the time. There's a reason for that! The food is excellent, the staff is attentive and the ambience is lovely. They are also extremely attentive to those of us with gluten sensitivities. The chef came out to make sure I could have an ingredient before making my meal. That is service I'm certainly not accustomed to at all. When you go, ask for a Nutella no-bake cookie. A friend and I stopped through Pendleton for lunch on our way back to Idaho. We liked the look of the menu at Sister's and decided to give it a shot. Best idea we've had all day! I had the buffalo wings and a caesar salad. SO GOOD! And their chocolate chip cookies are to die for. One of the owners stopped by our table for a chat and was very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful locally-owned café with good coffee and out-of-this-world pastries. Sandwiches are excellent but I haven't tried any of their cocktails or entrees. This was my 4th time having lunch at sisters; we both had the tacos with a hibiscus tea; The tacos were amazing very tender meat and the tea was fabulous; the atmosphere was down to earth; Our waitress made sure we were taken care of; everyone was awesome right along with the food. I stopped in to sisters today and tried the new awake and bacon burger. Hands down it is the best burger in pendleton. Coffee aoli sauce, succulent wine sauce mushrooms, bacon, and pretzel bun all adds up to fantastic burger. The ambiance was great and the server was helpful and friendly. Sister's cafe was by far a PHENOMENAL choice for our dinner outing this evening. My other half ordered the "Man Burger" and it was very well made and great tasting according to him and I had the 3 tacos. Great presentation and the taste was worth every dollar spent. The staff was quick at getting our food and they made sure we had everything we had to enjoy our meal. Rosemary and her crew are very polite. I would definitely eat here again. We were lucky enough to to stumble upon this little gem. Great simple menu with more than enough to choose from. Once the food quickly arrived it was clear we were in for a treat. Very generous portions and great fresh fruit ingredients. Had a small chat with the owners and it is clear they take pride in the business. Not sure how often we'll make it to Pendleton but if we do this will def be our spot for a great meal! read more

As I walked into sister the place was very clean and had a good vibe. I ordered a cider and I got a kombucha poured instead, the bar tender never returned to ask how the cider was or for me to ask if the taps were correct and for a different drink...I waited 45mins. Stopped here for lunch on our way from Portland to Boise. It was awesome. The staff was so nice and attentive. They greeted us the minute we walked in. The food was fantastic. I had the Flank Salad and my mom had the Ruben. So good and lots of food. We had to take half the sandwich home. And downtown Pendleton is awesome. Locals that were sitting by us shared history, places to go and direction advice. If I am ever thru Pendleton again, I will be back - Highly recommend! read more

I loved the atmosphere. The food was delicious - I would recommend toasting the bread for the reuben so that the bread doesn't become soaked by the delicious Russian dressing and sauerkraut. My father and I stumbled upon this place as we were passing through Pendleton on a recent visit. We actually started at the popular Hamleys around the block, which friends recommended. Hamley's menu however, was limited and not what we were looking for. So, we took a stroll further down the street. We stumbled onto the Sisters Cafe and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is quite cute, with even more seating outside and in the back of the restaurant. Very clean. It's basically self-order, at the counter, so not much as far as waitressing goes. The food however, was AMAZING! I gave the Sunrise breakfast wrap a try: eggs, spinach, peppers, and a few other things rolled together for a SUPER delicious taste. FRESH and WOW!!! My daughter ordered the berry crepe; large and tasty without being overly sweet. My father ordered the BLT and he too, commented on how fresh and tasteful his sandwich was. We really, REALLY enjoyed the food, the fresh iced tea, and experience. Our only complaint - the A/C in the building was cranked so high, we about took our food outside - it was really cold in there (and it wasn't terribly hot out that day either). But if we're back in that area, we'll pop in again - well worth it!! read more

Sister's cafe is excellent! I had the steak wrap. Steak was well seasoned and cooked to a beautiful medium rare. I will say that they had the best sweet potato fries I've had in a long time. Loved the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. If I had to give it a con, it would be the speed of service. It took a while to get our food. All in all I really enjoyed it. read more
