Sissy's Log Cabin has always been great. Recently my experience with Dot House made the entire jewelry purchase enjoyable. Dot was knowledgeable and took time to listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure everything was right. I am happy with my the experience and highly recommend asking for Dot if you're looking for exceptional service. read more

80% of the workers any given day absolutely hate their life. As soon as I walked in I smiled and looked for the closest associate for help. Yet they said they weren't interested in at all. What a sad life they all have to be that miserable selling second hand jewelry. read more

I did not get my wedding set from there, but the people who made mine are retired and moved. I needed my wedding set cleaned up really bad and they did it on the house. Their selection of jewelry is breath taking and everyone was very nice. I did look at a couple of pieces for my mom because my dad used to get her jewelry from there. They do have a lay-away plan. read more

I wanted to sell my mom's ring. Wasn't sure what I would encounter with the staff but what I was treated like was nothing that I could have ever imagine. I was greeted very warmly and professionally, the manager came up explained what they could and couldn't do offered other alternative, Sonya the manager was fantastic. I didn't feel anything but kindness and respect. I also had a necklace repaired. I have never been treated as well as Sonya and her staff. I will take all my jewelry needs to them. I've reached an age where I expect good treatment where I decide to spend my money. And I have it to spend. In the last year, I have been in to the store in the Heights inquiring about purchasing a Rolex. I was told that I needed to be put on a waiting list. 2 years later, nothing but the crickets. It's funny, every time I walked in the store the pretense was palpable. The sales people are miserable, deplorable humans. The people that work there need to understand, all they do is peddle retail jewelry. You could train a primate to do it. I spent my money in Miami and got the watch I wanted. It'll will be a cold day in hell before I set foot in that second rate excuse for jewelry store. read more

Yowza...I've read some pretty sad reviews about this spot, but I must admit, my experience today was pretty good. I think a lot of it had to do with the young man who helped us. RJ happened to be outside as we entered, he kindly held the door for my father and I, and when he saw my elderly father's cane, he rushed to find him a seat while we conducted our business. I'd gone in to have my mother's vintage Rolex serviced and appraised. Her birthday is coming up in a few months, and I thought it would be a lovely gesture to have it fixed for her 80th. RJ took the Rolex directly to the back for a quick evaluation, and I was impressed since we hadn't been in the store two minutes. PLOT TWIST: RJ came out less than 5 minutes later to let me know my mother's vintage Rolex was "a very good knock-off!" Turns out my father purchased a hot Rolex back in the late 70s thinking it was real. No wonder he got such a good price! To RJ's everlasting credit, at no point did he attempt to shame me, ridicule us, or rush us out of the store. As a matter of fact, he took the time to show me all the ways in which, if you looked closely, you could tell it wasn't a legitimate Rolex. He was even so kind as to put my mother's Nolex (as I will now forever call it) beside a legit Rolex and point out the subtle differences. It was actually a rather fun exchange, we all shared a few giggles, and RJ was kind enough to show me a few things in my price point that would still allow me to gift my mother with a Rolex for her birthday in a few months. Thanks, RJ for being so kind. You make Sissy's look good! read more

Sissy's Log Cabin - My mother's vintage Nolex. She's worn this since the early 80s! Hahahahahahaha! - Jewelry Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

I received a return call from Sissy's. They were very apologetic about my experience. It was a drop in communication, and they owned that. I was refunded the cost of the repair. The store manager, Josh did an excellent job with client retention and making a customer feel valued and heard. read more

My wife and I went to Sissy's to pick her out a new ring for our 2 year anniversary. Upon walking in, we were immediately welcomed by the awesome staff. Within about an hour we narrowed down and found the perfect ring for her! I highly recommend you go! read more

I dropped by the Conway store to see if I could get links taken out of a watch that my dad bought somewhere else. I was blown away at the service I received from LAUREN GRIFFEN. She went above and beyond to take care of what I needed and even told me to bring it back if it still needed some more links removed. This type of service is why customers come back over and over again. Excellent Service! 5 Stars! read more

Customer service was amazing! Lauren and Christian both helped me while buying my first Rolex. They were extremely personable and the whole staff was very friendly. I felt like a truly valued customer and had an amazing experience. read more

I was very impressed upon visiting the store. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. They had an amazing selection of jewelry items, including estate/antique items and things I did not even expect, like high end knives, and even guns! Worked with Jake, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the items in the store. They also cleaned my wedding ring for free and it looks absolutely beautiful! Will definitely come back! read more

Gorgeous pieces but waiting THREE months for a refund for twice paid repair is unacceptable. Four visits to the store for this. When I picked up 'repaired' chain, the associate pulled it out of the bag to show me & it broke in the same place. I paid for that repair! Left it for redo & when my daughter picked it up for me, she was charged AGAIN! No response from multiple texts that are acknowledged, but no follow up. read more

Was not acknowledge when entering the store, but the person who came in after me was. It was only as I was heading out did sales person offer to get someone to help me. I will gladly take my business to a company who makes me feel welcome. read more

Our family has shopped at Sissy's log cabin for nearly 40 years. We won't be back. An appraisal of our investments culled from this retailer was heartbreaking Not to mention the simple request of a watch band replacement cost of over $4,000 on a vintage Rolex - ridiculous. I took the same watch and request to two other jewelers (one in Houston and the other in Los Angeles) to come back at a price approximately 1/4 the quoted cost at Sissy's. This shocker prompted us to look at all the custom work and vintage pieces we had bought dating back to Pine Bluff days and our hearts sank. Oh how I long for the days when I could go to Caves and get something unique or custom that was not pandered on a magazine page to the masses. I have Beverly Hills and matching prices there for that experience-- and can have it with a cocktail in the language of my choice. Women's selection is broad and varied while men's are sorely lacking. Watches are limited to Tag which are off trend now by six years. I gave those as gifts to industry creatives 8 years ago. No Omegas, Panerai or current cost conscious options of style were even displayed. Stalwarts like the Tank, Rolex, Piaget where not to be found either. It's sad when an Institution becomes trite and even worse predictable. One must ask where did all the jewelers go? Where does one find luxury and faith that their purchases will stand the rest of time. I can tell you. As it was 50 years ago it has now become a fact again. You have to go to Dallas for the truly "Good Stuff." Shop somewhere else for your special memories. The inventory here has become comically overpriced and lacks any individuality or soul. read more

This is possibly the worst run company I've come across in a long time. Went to buy my daughter a ring, was told it was not in stock but they would ship it from another store and it would arrive in two days. I waited 5 days thinking maybe they lost my phone number. I called and they said the other store just didn't send it but they would overnight it and call me the next day. 14 days later I sent an email to the CEO about our experience and it has been another 20 days with no response. These people don't care about their customers AT ALL! I will NEVER even consider stepping inside another of their stores. People deserve better....you won't find it here. read more

I had them appraise my jewelry. The lady who helped me when I walked in was arrogant and wanted to argue with me about the value of the Rolex I purchased from them years before. She was mean and condescending. If I was going to spend my hard earned money on jewelry I wouldn't spend it here unless you want the person working at the counter make you feel awful and inferior. I will fly to Dallas or another major city to purchase jewelry rather than be treated like a 3 rd rate citizen. She went so far as to say the Rolex I purchased from them wasn't worth half of what I spent on it years earlier. read more

Thy can't even put a simple Bell on my pendant to fit my chain they even measured it. Cost me $300 and it still doesn't fit I do not recommend them read more

I have shopped at Sissy's since she sold just antiques in Pine Bluff. I recently took a diamond in for their Diamond Trade-in event. I was prepared with my IGA (International gemological Association) paperwork. I waited my turn and was very patient- the worker was selling a $10k Rolex so I hung back. I finally left because I did not want to interfere with a big sale (even though I had already waited an hour). I came back the next day with my diamonds and waited another hour while my diamonds were being discussed or ignored. The salesperson came out and started- if you don't have paperwork from the same people Sissy's gets their diamonds from- NO TRADE, NO CONSIDERATION, NOTHING. BTW- Brooke's jewelry in Conway does their custom jewelry work then sissy's charges you double the price. Sad how much they have changed! read more

I've always heard folks rave about Sissy's... so as I traveled through Little Rock with birthday money burning a hole in my pocket and wanting to add to my David Yurman collection I decided to stop. It was a quiet rainy Sunday afternoon in December... the store was clean, Christmas treats decorating the counters, plenty of lights illuminating the sparking jewels... that's where the good experience went silent. I browsed (approx 20 mins) counter to counter, from designer to designer, and not one staffer (& there were plenty standing around) greeted or offered a welcome -let alone offered to help. A total disappointment in southern hospitality. Well, good news is I found my Yurman pieces farther west along 40. #wontgoback read more

Sales guy who actually identified himself as the store manager seemed as if he was pressuring me into a purchase, I felt like I was at a car lot. Pretty decent selection, was told it was a family owned business but definitely didn't feel that way. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Alejandra was very helpful when I came in! Always smiling and knowledgable.

We bought our wedding rings at Sissy's. We were clueless about diamonds. The staff was very helpful and educated us on all the different choices. They have a great selection to choose from. It was such a pleasant experience we used them again when we bought our next piece of jewelry. We will continue to buy our jewelry from Sissy's. J.R. and the all the staff is very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend to anyone in the Little Rock area. read more
