They told her it would be approximately 2 weeks. 1 week later, they called to tell her that her ring was lost. "We don't know what happened. Possibly a UPS driver stole it. We just don't know but we are sorry." My wife told the Kay Manager, Lauren (I think), that we just wanted to be reimbursed for the value stated on my receipt. The Manager continually said "We cannot reimburse you but we will replace it with a "similar or less" type of ring. That is what it states on the receipt that we gave her when she dropped it off." Long story short, after several weeks of texting my wife pics of engagement rings off their Clearance page "Do you like this one or that one?" When my wife told the the Manager that none of those rings were anywhere close to the size, clarity and color of the ring she had dropped off, she again stated that she was sorry, but that the receipt she gave her when she dropped off the ring stated clearly, that if it was lost or stolen, that they would replace it with something similar or less. She just finally accepted an small engagement ring (that she doesn't need) to get the stress & frustration over with. The ring that my wife dropped off at Kay Jewelers had a certification card from Gemological Institute of America stating her ring had approximately 91 diamonds. The ring they replaced it with had NO certification card & only had approximately 40 small diamonds. When we went to pick up the engagement ring, they made her sign a paper stating that she would not (basically) talk bad about them or post anything on social media that may harm their reputation. I can and I'm pissed at how they handled losing her brand new ring. WHAT A SCAM!!!

Everytime I've come in and needed assistance or suggestions, he helps without fail and is always friendly. I've come in looking for items that said would be in stock in store by a certain date, and he has taken the time to break it all down what the date means and how their inventory works. Really helpful so I'm not making unnecessary trips looking for that hot toy or something my kid is eyeing. Gamestop prices are ridiculous, yes, but it's gamestop. They've always been like that. Sign up for pro to earn points that you can use for money off to help out. Try and wait for when games are marked down about 6 months after release and further... but the staff can't help that. I love Bass Pro Shop and always like to visit one when I travel…read more All Bass Pro Shops are dog friendly but what surprised me about this particular location was that I saw a little pet waste station that provided plastic bags, disposable gloves. paper towels and disinfectant wipes towards the back of the store. That is a very thoughtful little station and greatly appreciated that for pets that have accidents. But the only thing that would be missing is a trash can nearby. Anyways, I thought this Bass Pro Shop location seemed a little smaller than some of the other locations that I have visited on my travels. But they still have the core items that you would want to purchase at this store that you can find at the other locations. Employees were friendly and the ladies restroom was clean upon my visit. Had a positive shopping experience and would come back if I lived here.
