My mom sent me a large bouquet of flowers for my birthday as she does not live close to me. She paid a lot of money(70/80.00), they said they were delivered at 9:00 am. I was home all day and they were not delivered even though they insisted they were. I then get a delivery that night after my Mom was on the phone all day with them trying to convince them that I did not receive my flowers. The replacement bouquet was not what was ordered but instead a small arrangement that was comparable to something you could grab from a grocery market. DO NOT BUY from them!! You do not get what you order, if at all. Looking at the review from another person this seems to be what they do. My arrangement looked exactly the same as what another reviewer posted. read more

After calling Avas they assured me that they would contact a different florist to make good on this arrangement. Nope! Sissy's brought the new arrangement which was a bit better but in no way resembled what I ordered and definitely not worth the upgraded price I paid. My husband ordered me an arrangement after my Mother passed away, from an FTD affiliate, and it was made by Sissy's. He received a text that it was delivered, but it wasn't, so after he called to complain, an arrangement was delivered around 8:00 pm. He had paid $120 and what we received could have been put together by a 5 year old. And I would not have paid $6 for it. The water was green and we could not even re arrange it the next day, the flowers were too brown and dead. I ordered flowers for my granddaughter who is sick with Covid through For Flowers - I was told the flowers would be delivered the day I ordered them, the florist said they were delivered but they were not. The flowers were finally delivered the next day and the arrangement was not at all what I ordered. I was embarrassed that my granddaughter even received them. The flowers were not arranged and looked like someone just threw them in the vase and stuck a bow on it. DO NOT EVER order from this florist - first they lie about delivering the flowers and then when they are delivered, the bouquet is horrible. I am so upset that I am now going to order from another florist just to send her something that looks nice. I would give this florist 0 stars if I could. read more

Not only did they not come the day they were suppose to they were not what they paid a lot of money for. I got a very small old bouquet. I hate to pile on but I had the same exact experience as the other posts. Placed an order via 1-800 flowers who was using Sissy's Florist as the local florist to complete the order. I received a notification of delivery on Tuesday, 06/22/2021...no flowers; called 1-800-flowers who reissued the order for Wed, 06/23/2021...another notification of delivery - again, no flowers. Thankfully, 1-800-flowers moved my order to another florist and the flowers were received on 06/24/2021. A NIGHTMARE! read more

However she didn't get them until Monday and they didn't look anywhere close to what I had ordered or paid for. They were also missing the balloon that I had paid extra for.
