Dana communicated with me and the hospital multiple times and finally had them delivered to him at his home a distance away once he was home. She ended up having to do the flowers over for several days had passed and when delivered they were the most beautiful arrangement. My friend loved them. She did all of this and stayed within my budget we discussed upon ordering. A most outstanding job was done on the arrangement as well as the communication. I am just sorry she is not in my hometown.

I was home all day and they were not delivered even though they insisted they were. I then get a delivery that night after my Mom was on the phone all day with them trying to convince them that I did not receive my flowers. The replacement bouquet was not what was ordered but instead a small arrangement that was comparable to something you could grab from a grocery market. DO NOT BUY from them!! You do not get what you order, if at all. Looking at the review from another person this seems to be what they do. My arrangement looked exactly the same as what another reviewer posted.
