WM will make every promise to get your business but they'll miss pick ups, they'll give you excuses worthy of the most incompetent business, "the driver is sick", "the driver's second cousin died", or they'll tell you something was in the way of the container but they can't prove it. If you demand photographic proof they'll send you a photo of someone else's house or business, call them on it for lying and they'll hang up on you. Let's talk about customer service, well it's non-existent. Their texting feature can't - or won't - answer questions and if you do get a real representative on the line they'll take so long to answer questions you'll give up trying to use that feature. Take the advice and just don't make the mistake of hiring this company.

You can buy some Trash stickers for $3.00 each and all you have to do is apply the lime green sticker to your normal household trash to the bag. They don't take styrofoam and certain plastics like grocery bags and plant/ flower containers . They have a larger trash site off Old Henderson Road and a real dump out near Rosman south of Brevard

The bins are cycled out on a regular basis, so they always have available space. I visit this location on a regular basis, it is safe and convenient. The center hours are listed as 7 am to 5:30 pm. Another perk, the firehouse next door has a trailer where you can drop off your cans for the Firefighters' Association Cans of Care Program. The proceeds are donated to the MUSC children's fund for burn victims and also help those impacted by loss due to fire.

I just want to inform anyone interested that this is a privately owned company, and they charge a fee to use their service. It was going to be a little over $50 to dump what I had on my truck. I decided to just take it to the county run transfer station near me thats free. No problem, I just wasn't aware that they charged.
