Our need was fairly unique, having not only a local church presence, but also being a national and international resource for practical biblical teaching, as well as a supportive hub for a broad homechurch network. Bash Foo patiently walked us through the web design process, including the savvy incorporation of hundreds of audio and text files that had been accumulated. Mike & company were honest and above-board in how they approached design challenges. If they didn't know an answer, they went out and found it. Naked Lime said, I had to continue til Nov of 2013, because I did not cancel prior to July of 2012, and it rolled over for another year. The Naked Lime rep, did so little customer service, he didn't no who I was, nor did he know the old GM had been relieved of his position in Dec of 2011. The contract apparently was tossed out by the old GM. When web was added to my position in late 2012, I had to go on our website to see who was the host. Still no one contacted me, they just continued sending bills, feeling confident they would collect monthly fees with no customer service.
