She made mistakes updating the web site, then charge the customer for fixing them, basically being paid to make mistakes and then pay to fix them. NOTHING is her fault. When our group asked for a copy of our web site, as we were going with another web designer, Karen Fry quickly sent a copy, but she sent an old copy, one that was done before thousands of dollars of paid updates were made.

The ex husband & his attny played several games of not showing up for court appearances& being extremely late. He said nothing to the judge of their behavior. Months go by & the divorce was postponed by the ex & his attny & when we finally had the divorce hearing Mark didn't speak up he was very passive. The ex received everything that he asked for including the house that we resided in, no child support, no spousal support 15 1/2 yrs of marriage. The ex & his attny requested that I receive a portion of his 401 from a certain date to a certain date.. Needless to say I never received payment from his 401, when I asked what the hold up was for the payment from his retirement accts...Mark asked for $500 more to do that, now this was originally factored in to the fee I had a already paid. He tried to punish me for the games played by the ex & his attny & him not speaking up about it. The divorce was finalized 5/2/2013 & it's a new year almost 6 years later no payment from the retirement accts. I do NOT recommend him for anything you may need. Look elsewhere, you will be throwing your money away literally. I wish I could rate him at 0 stars but I have to make one to submit this.

I went in to ask about some vinyl graphics for our personal vehicle. The staff was very friendly, but they specialize more on commercial accounts, like vinyl wraps for a fleet of vehicles. At this point I realize that they will not be selling me anything. BUT the employee stopped what he was doing and got clarification of what EXACTLY we were looking for. He then calls the Owner to get us some free advice and direction. That's right, even after we all understood that they don't do what I needed, they continued to try to help me! The owner's comment was, "Even if we can't do what you need, we want to help you any way that we can, even if it is just pointing you in the right direction." The owner then followed up with me MULTIPLE times until I found the right company to do what I needed. The whole process reminded me of the movie, "Miracle on 34th street" where the department store Santa sent the families to other stores, just to make sure that they were taken care of. This company knew (5 minutes into meeting us) that they could not do what we needed, but they just kept helping us until we found the right place. If they are this dedicated to someone that is not doing business with, I can only image the EPIC LEVEL of service they must give their "Paying customers." Obviously, I cannot recommend them highly enough. And I was able to see the TOP QUALITY work that they were doing while I was there! This place is 100% THE BEST!!!
