I really like and consistently enjoy Sirius XM! Hubs stays on top of the rates and doesn't let them escalate out of control like Sirius is known to do. I agree with Yelper Chris R., because I primarily listen to Ozzy's Boneyard and Hair Nation on Sirius. Sirius XM is light on Christian selections as I could only find one channel dedicated to Christian Family topics and one channel dedicated to Praise music, which I am not really a fan of. Lately I've enjoyed Turbo, Classic Vinyl, and Classic Rock, too in addition to Ozzy's Boneyard and Hair Nation! It's nice to be able to listen to the news any time of day, and to enjoy commercial free channels and programming! Do watch your Sirius charges because they will inevitably escalate! Let your service cancel, then call them and you'll get a "pennies on the dollar" rate. That's what my Sorority sister always does and what we did when we wanted to add Sirius to my step-son's vehicle, I think we pay $5.00 per month for him. This situation is the reason I can't give Sirius XM five stars. read more

I had Comcast Cable for 30 years but compared to SiriusXM, the chiselers at Comcast are a dream to deal with. Sirius shoots satellites into space but they refuse to extend my subscription based on the date it expires next month telling me that I have to call back on the exact date. Every year it's a different obstacle to renew. Last year they refused to honor a promotional offer they had sent to me that morning claiming that I wasn't eligible. I was. I just had to escalate it three levels to find a human who wasn't reading off a script by rote. Whatever you do, DO NOT take their automatic renewal option or they'll covert your promo tier into their highest price package -- $4 per month turning into $20. Simply, a horrible company. Zero stars. read more

I got the "All Access Plan" few days ago. Today I was driving and skipping between different songs when the radio showed me a message that I have reached the skip limit until 9:41 am, like 2 hours not able to skip. This plan in full is $25, why it has a limit for skipping songs? Another thing I don't lke is that you never know the list you ae playing, you cannot change between songs in a list, you are blindsided. You can search for a song and play it but you cannot check the list already playing and select a specific song, because it is not possible. read more

OK stations - but SLEAZY Automatic Renewal. Pros: * Decent Reception most places * Good Variety of Stations * You can easily negotiate down to $5 per month / $60 per year including tax ($59.99 all in). Say you have Spotify and Apple alternatives. Can you get lower? Not sure * Avoid the first offer of $15, $12 or $8 per month. They will call and email and call to get a renewal. Cons: * Sleazy Auto-Renewal at $25.99 per month * If you renew at a lower price post the renewal period they will not refund the $25.99 you paid. PURE SCUM * Time suck to have to negotiate * No more multi-year contracts without auto-renewal. * Some "Add Free" Comedy or Sport stations are not always add free... read more

Scam. They will hike the charge of $3.99 quietly to $25.99 without consent. Trash company

Why do you offer $3 a month for some subscribers and vehicles but others cannot get the same deal? I have 2 vehicles and received the offer for one of them, but you won't let me use the same offer on another vehicle. read more

Hello! I listen to Sirius XM every day. They still have the iconic Jim Ladd's Deep Cuts show after his passing. Which is one of the great reasons why I contain to listen. Hair Nation and Ozzy's Boneyard are the other two stations I listen for the Rock & Metal. read more

The Entrapment! Great promotions, but hook you into automatic renewal by having to leave an open credit card for automatic renewal at whatever "current rate" is at the time. So you go from $3.99 to 24.99 a month, as quietly as possible. read more

Had to renew my subscription and had know problem doing that. Real nice lady got me a great price for the year.

They deserve zero stares! What a horrible customer service experience. Love the xm service but customer service and corporate are a bunch of robots that all read the same script. Last week I was on the phone with them for a couple hours because I found a deal on their site for 3 months for a dollar. The all-Access radio, I read everything about even the small print. Customer service came up 3 different reasons why I am not eligible. They say it is for students only, they say it is for new customers only, and my car ID doesn't qualify. None of those 3 reasons showed in the details in the small print. This week I get a call about the complaint I filed, I again explain everything, my name address email then have to explain the whole situation and that person of course do anything and I get passed around and waiting for a supervisor call that never came. Then I call back and they say no supervisor is available and told they will call me. Of course, no call back. Then I send me to corporate and they are useless, then passed onto the retention department and they refuse to give me an extra 3 months because of the years of the same old nonsense, fraud, upselling, arguing and tears from the frustration. Shame on them! If there is another service like xm out there please let me know. I could go on about all this but I dont want to. read more

I started my Sirius service when Howard Stern joined in 2006. Had it for years when Stern was relevant, and not a Libtard. As Stern became a liberal pawn I cancelled my service, and hopefully if Stern is dumped I will again use the service. I also wished Sirius would offer a plan where I pay for one monthly plan, but able to use it on my other cars. Since I own 5 cars I have no intention of paying for 5 subscription when I can only drive one car at a time. read more

I have been a customer of satellite radio for over seven years and I'll never go back to regular radio. I don't like listening to commercials and I LOVE nonstop and commercial-free music regardless of the genre, news, sports etc.. I pay $36.00 every six months per vehicle (I own two trucks) which in my opinion is a GREAT price for something i use every single day in my vehicle, at home and at work. I listen on my phone, computer and truck. I definitely get my money's worth with satellite radio read more

Beware of the scams! I got a 3 month free trial with SiriusXM about a year and a half ago. I had to give my credit card to sign up for the trial. If you cancel before the deadline, you are not charged. Well, online I tried to cancel before the deadline and it would not cancel. I called and talked to a representative and she told me I didn't have an account. I explained that I used my credit card. Well, on the trial expiration date SiriusXM charged my credit card for new service!!! I called my credit card company about their scam. The charge was taken off my credit card. I called SiriusXM and asked them not to ever charge my credit card again. Now, I recently bought a car from a car dealership. I am now getting calls from SiriusXM to sign up with them. I told them I am not interested. Today, I received a letter in the mail saying 'Your trial will end on 2/25/2025! I called them and talked to a representative. I explained that I will report them to the FDIC and Consumer Affairs if they try to charge my credit card for anything, because I am not interested in their services! I meant that. read more

Their customer service was abysmal at all levels. I started with the AI voice which was virtually useless. The person who answered was generally incapable of handling a request to cancel two subscriptions.and add anew one. I had been a subscriber for 10 years and she repeatedly asked for information which they already had. She told me my email address was invalid because she misspelled it, even though they already had it on file and got it wrong again, even though I spelled it twice . When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I waited on hold for 10-15 minutes. The supervisor was less than helpful. When I initially asked to speak with the supervisor, the original service person told me she was going to erase all her prior work. At the end my conversation with rhe supervisor she wanted to read to me anther script, just as the first representative had. I told her I would listen if it was something new, otherwise I would hang up. When she would neither ask or tell me something new, I hung up. The call should have lased 10 minutes. It took about 40 minutes before I hung up. read more

Sirius XM is a great service but the worst customer service in the world. There is no follow through, your calling a foreign country with people that don't listen. It is usually a minimum 1 hour on the phone to pay an invoice if they could figure out how to key the amount they negotiate the price to be. There is always a different price. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER let them have your credit card on recurring billing as you will be SCREWED. Always make 1 time payment without having your card on file. I don't understand how they hire such stupid people for customer service read more

I've been an XM radio listener for 15 plus years and have three different vehicles but don't want three different subscriptions so I was told to use the app instead of moving a receiver from vehicle to vehicle It's the most expensive and worst app I've ever used, It's constantly stopping and crashing and doing whatever it wants and of course customer service is non-existent. I used to love it just for Howard Stern but even he has gotten ridiculously political and insane ever since COVID. It seems I just get to pay more every year for worse service every year, It's probably about time I ditched them! read more

Do not get Sirius XM. There is no reason for it anymore anyway. They renew your subscription even if you don't pay and then hold you hostage to pay the fee. They do not offer any way to dispute the charge and then threaten to send you to collections over $20. They have the worst customer service. I will never use them again. read more

I have had Sirius radio for several years even insisting on Sirius radio be included when purchasing a new vehicle. However I just discovered that Sirius has been charging me monthly for a vehicle I had traded in. They also charged me for Platinum service that I never requested or authorized.. Speaking with employees who do not speak fluent, easily understood English just increases the level of frustration from having to call them in the first place. I really had not planned on cancelling today but I was at the end of my rope and got so irritated not being able to understand the rep, and then getting a very snotty cancellation rep I decided I had it. I am expecting them to reimburse me for those months they charged me for a car I had traded in. What nerve, and perhaps even deliberate. Sadly I cannot recommend them. It isn't worth the grief. read more

Run, do not walk away from Sirius. Impossible to cancel their service. Half an hour on their chatline, gave them my name, phone number, street address, account number, and Sirius said their unable to cancel due to their records not matching my info, yet they continue to withdraw monthly from my credit card, so I contacted my bank to stop-pay. What a hassle. read more

I have been a xm/Sirius subscriber since 2006. This month they nearly tripled my bill without notice. If my credit card company had not notified me it would be left to me to catch it. Tried to call and find out but they had it bundled up. I will now cancel the service but probably do without since all the "deals" that I can afford are for "new" subscribers. This was classical bait and switch and justified by the fine print. Beware they have no ethical structure at all. read more

Oh my goodness, have you all heard this Sirius XM radio station? I stumbled upon it the other day and let me tell you, it's quite the experience. Now, I'm used to my classic rock and easy listening stations, but this XM1 is a whole different ballgame. The songs they play are all over the place - one minute I'm listening to Beethoven and the next I'm hearing something called the "Hamster Dance" song. And don't even get me started on the DJ! They're always chiming in with these cheesy comments like "That's a real toe-tapper, folks!" It's so silly it's almost charming. Now, I'm not sure if this station is trying to be edgy or what, but I have to admit it's kind of fun not knowing what's coming next. One minute it's a country song and the next it's heavy metal. You just never know what you're going to get! All in all, if you're looking for a radio station that's a little off the beaten path, give Sirius xm a try. It might just become your new guilty pleasure. I didnt know Mr.Eminem Shady had a radio station either! Bravo young man read more

In December 2022, I subscribed to a 4 month free promotion with SiriusXM. If you don't unsubscribe within those four months, you will automatically be billed on your credit card. Well, I didn't like the shows, so I started trying to unsubscribe back in January 2023. Everytime I would try to unsubscribe, I was told they didn't have my name, nor my credit card. They also gave me Google's phone number, and they told me the same thing! On my credit card statement for February 2023, there it was, the first payment after the promotion ended, a charge of $8.99! I called my credit card company concerning the matter. They stopped the $8.99 payment, and shutdown that credit card that I gave SiriusXM! The scam says: Tell the customer we cannot find their trial subscription if they try to unsubscribe before the free promotion ends. When it ends, start charging their credit card! Beware, folks! read more

Be very careful with Sirius annual renewals. I received email stating my annual renewal is up on 3/9/24 but they withdrew a monthly amt in February!, I did the chat function (which I waited over 1/2 hour for someone) I could not get a resolution, they kept reading me the terms. They would not refund my monthly charge and wanted me to agree to the new terms. I said absolutely not and I will call for a live person tomorrow. I called the live person and kept going round in circles until a supervisor came on and she said she was listening in on our conversation so she took over. She said basically that my renewal was in february and that is why they took out the monthly charge. I said then why did I get an email that clearly stated my renewal will start on 3/9 but you took my money on 2/9? She did not have an answer. I finally got it all resolved when I told them to cancel my subscription after being a client since 2009 and they said lets see what we can do so they gave me a new annual contract and deducted the 23.00. Why did I need to call 2 days in a row and speak well over 45min on each call. This same thing happened last year. so frustrating! read more

When canceled service due to the account holder's passing, it was a very time consuming process via automated phone options. After responding 'no' to several automated questions, I was finally routed to a person. They needed to charge me $1.55 for the balance to cancel another person's account. Really? I went ahead and gave them my credit card...It seems like Sirius spent more in labor to collect the $1.55, plus they lost me as a customer. Because I also sent a picture of the charge on the credit card, showing the two separate charges. I am filing a BBB complaint against them, even if they are not accredited and have one star rating with over 700 complaints in the last 12 months. Deceptive business practices: Classic bait and switch. They get customers in by offering a cost effective plan set up on autopay then the 200% rate hike is initiated automatically trough the autopay system.
