This would take 3 hours as our salesman kept leaving us to serve other customers. The level of disorganization at this point should have pointed me out the door. We would be told we would get a call in a month when the suits arrived. Two months later I went in wondering what was up to find out they weren't in stock and he would go looking on the racks for things that weren't what I ordered. He said he would make sure to get them in and to 'call him in a week.' I left the store and called Moores customer service line to express my frustration and was told they would sort it out and call me back - they didn't call back I did the next day and this customer service agent admitted nothing was done. She called the store to make sure they are ordering it - thanks. Knowing what I know now I would have never purchased from this location or Moores Clothing. Weddings are stressful enough without dealing with their lack of customer service and incompetence.
