The hotel has a security feature where you must scan your key to use the hotel elevator. As we entered our room, it was as beautiful as ever and had a large bed with a nice TV. The shower had all the soaps and conditioners, and the water didn't take long to get hot!. There was a mini-fridge with plenty of towels for your convenience to use. The star of the show was them letting us extend our checkout time past the time due. We ended up paying more money to extend our stay and were very happy about that. Overall, it was an excellent hotel to stay at when in the beautiful city of Sydney away from the hustle and bustle. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as food. I recommend this hotel to save big instead of staying deep in the heart of Sydney as to where you are just a quick Iber ride away. There were 3 affordable food options pretty much right next door, Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, and KFC. This hotel was absolutely no frills with very basic rooms. I found my room to be a bit tight even for 1 person, but everything was clean and in good working condition except for the faucet for the sink. It wasn't mounted on properly as it was loose. However, it still worked. When it was time to head home, I was able to walk over to the domestic T2 terminal and catch the free T-Bus over to the international T1 terminal.
