I must have emailed Chris a dozen times with changes and he'd always get it done in a timely manner and never was annoyed by me. When they came to set up they did so super quickly. The tent was AMAZINGLY beautiful! Unfortunately we had a crazy rain storm come through on the day of our wedding. We put off getting sides until the last minute. 2 days prior they came out and set up 3 of the 4 sides as we had requested. 1 day prior they came out and did some patch work to make sure the tent would stay waterproof. The day of, about 3 hours before the ceremony, we called to get the 4th side because the rain was much worse than anticipated. They came out immediately and put the last side on! It seriously saved the day! When they came to pick up the linens and plateware, James was friendly and helpful and lended a hand where he could. Overall, this place was amazing to deal with.
