One star rating for the staff because I can't go lower. I called the office to make an appointment. The lady took my information and I told her I will like to get in that day if possible. Stated she would call my insurance and get back with me. I finally called them back later in the afternoon and she said states she was by herself and had to much to do. But said she called but they did not answer. I waited two days to hear back from them. Today I called and said if you can take care of this today if not I will go somewhere else. She stated I will call you back. Then she called back to tell me they can't see me this week. Really????? On Monday you could have stated that, no problem. I wait three days to hear you can not see me. I will never go here. The staff needs to be trained on customer service. They left me in pain for three days before staying we can not see you. Is this the kind of treat we need as patients? Close the doors if you can't take care of patients any better than this. read more
