When I booked, I was told "she is here in the mornings," so I expected a female therapist. When I arrived, it turned out the therapist was a man, and no one mentioned anything about the switch or asked if I was okay with that. The massage itself was the worst one I've ever had. He didn't seem trained at all, used one hand most of the time, barely applied any pressure, and the movements were so random that it didn't even feel like a real massage. He kept trying to chit-chat the whole time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and impossible to relax. Total waste of time. The adjustment was the only good part. I would NOT recommend the massage portion of this Groupon at all.

I've never had a massage before, beyond the five-minute massages given in chairs at events, so this was kind of a big deal for me.... and something I desperately needed as I've struggled with misalignment after giving birth. (TMI? I don't care.) I had a session with Miriam. She was great! She asked me the right questions and made me feel comfortable. She immediately found all the areas on my body that were misaligned and needed work. The experience was relaxing and much-needed for my muscles. I never knew what I had been missing....!!! I intend to make an appointment to come in for the free chiropractic consultation Miriam gave me and my husband, but keep forgetting. Maybe this review will serve as a reminder to myself to get that taken care of. My body needs to be fixed, and they can help me here. Just an FYI: they are very booked. I was told that I would have to book a month out for an appointment. This is clearly a sign that business is good, but will be hard for new customers.
