The chiropractor is friendly and gives good service, however the office manager is rude and nasty. After multiple appointments in their office in McKee, we had never received a statement and were led to believe insurance had covered the bill. My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office. read more

wish i could rate a zero!!!! I had an appointment with my stepdad erik, and wasn't informed until after we got into the office that we had to pay nearly 300 dollars from the mckee office we used to visit because his insurance had stopped covering his visits and i should have been paying a copay. The issue is that nobody in the mckee office ever mentioned this once and in return we had to go all the way to the berea office and be treated as though we didn't pay this on purpose. On top of all this, the people in the office have no compassion for me and my family at all, infact i've never seen or heard workers be more rude when calling about a billing issue. Me and my family will not be returning due to the disrespect and disregard for our time. read more

I've been going to them for years, seeing Matt with very good results for neck, shoulder, and back pain. Four months ago I went 3 times in a week for shoulder pain. I don't remember why, but on the 3rd visit (I was feeling fine by then so it was going to be more preventative) the cost was going to be more so I changed my mind. Matt and I then had a discussion about ACA (Obamacare) and he vented about how it hurt his income (even though it was going to pay his standard fee), and I praised it for helping millions afford health care. I thought it was a very civil conversation. Yesterday I called for an appt and was set up with Matt again. When I got there I saw him walk in and out of the reception area, but when I was called back another guy I never met before did my adjustment, with no reason given. The only explanation I can come up with is that Matt was holding a grudge and didn't want to see me - very unprofessional. The new guy asked about my shoulder (the reason for my visit 4 months ago) even though the form I just filled out showed I only had pain in my lower back. Then the whole procedure took maybe 3 minutes. Checking out I was told that besides the $29 adjustment fee there was a $47 re-examination fee since I hadn't been there in 3 months, and that insurance wouldn't cover it. I balked at it since I had been there many times with 3+ month lapses and don't remember that fee before. Also, his re-examination took about 30 seconds (touched my shoulder, had me stand on my toes then heels, stretched my legs and asked if it hurt). After a long wait, a person came out of the back rooms to "explain" the fee. In reality, she just lied. She told me I hadn't seen the fee before because I had met my deductible in the past. This was a lie since I know for a fact I hadn't met it last year (my 4 month ago visit was the previous year). Then she blamed it on the insurance company and said there was nothing she could do about it, which was also a lie. I said the insurance company may require a re-examination, but they don't require it be a $47 charge (for 30 seconds!). She had no response and just walked off! Again, very unprofessional. So I don't know if they just started that charge and are lying to everyone to make them believe it is the insurance companies' fault, or Matt was somehow involved, or what. But I never got a true, logical explanation, and was out $47 for nothing. It was bad enough to have this charge sprung on me after being their patient on and off for years, but it was made worse by them lying about why I was now being charged and they would not give the real reason. After I hurt my back last summer cleaning out my garage my friend recommended Chiropractic Health Solutions to me. I had never been to a chiropractor and although I wasn't completely sold on the idea I was pretty desperate for relief so I decided to give the Drs here a try. I was scheduled with Dr Tacket. He was very professional and after my x-rays were read he made some recommendations and I was scheduled to come back to begin treatment. He explained that after my first few treatments I would probably be sore but that shouldn't last more than a month. He was right! For the first month I actually dreaded my appointments (3X a wk ugh!) but before long I was looking forward to the relief of chiropractic care. Since my first few appointments I've also seen Dr Husier (not sure if her name is spelled correctly). She is a little more gentle (maybe) than Dr Tacket, and although my daughter is convinced that only Dr Tacket helps her...I (being the mom and knowing more) am fully convinced that although the Drs have different techniques, they are both very good at what they do and the end result is the same! The office staff are all super friendly, there has never been one person here that has been the least bit rude or uncaring!!! This is a great place for the whole family! Not only do I trust the Drs for myself they have also treated 4 of my children! read more
