My husband's insurance covered 20 chiropractic appointments per year and he was told when those appointments were finished. So, he waited to make a new one. At no point was any piece of mail or phone call received from these people. Ater waiting and procrastinating, my husband called to make an appointment in Berea for himself and my daughter (McKee is shut down). It's a 30 minute drive and they arrived to a very nasty woman telling them they owed for a year's worth of service and would not be receiving treatment unless they paid $300. My husband should not have had a balance and my daughter had never been told about a copay. The fact that none of this could have been discussed via mail or phone in the year prior is ridiculous. We have no problem paying for service, but were never told what was owed. To be treated so poorly for their mistake was infuriating. We will not be back and i would not recommend these people to anyone while that awful woman, Michelle, is in that office.

The issue is that nobody in the mckee office ever mentioned this once and in return we had to go all the way to the berea office and be treated as though we didn't pay this on purpose. On top of all this, the people in the office have no compassion for me and my family at all, infact i've never seen or heard workers be more rude when calling about a billing issue. Me and my family will not be returning due to the disrespect and disregard for our time.

I had a skin test to ensure I didn't have an allergic reaction to the ink, as I've encountered that issue in the past. Sheila is such an incredible nurse who took such great care of me during my microblading appointment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy. My eyebrows turned out absolutely perfect. And I couldn't be happier with the results. Sheila also has the warmest personality and made me feel so relaxed, like I was catching up with a best friend. That kind of care and attention really makes a difference. I would highly recommend Sheila and Rewind Aesthetics to anyone looking to refresh or upgrade their look. 10/10 experience!

Today I went in for 2 cavities. I'm always nervous about dental work. The workers weren't friendly at all. When I came in no one said hello. I was taken back on time as usual. I tried talking to the person with me and it was like pulling eye teeth so finally I shut up. The thing that took me aback was paying up front.... I didn't understand and it made me feel like I was going to dart out without paying.... wasn't a great feeling. Then the one worker kept calling me dear. My mouth was tired from Being open so long. I needed a break. When it was finally over I left and one worker said goodbye but no one at front desk. No one wants to be at dentist and they should at least say goodbye and thank you! And greet you when you come in. It was if they were all too busy to notice you. I will go back as I think he's very good but staff should be more caring and I say this in a constructive way. I've worked in several dental offices and this was not welcoming. I know the dentists don't want that! It's about human interactions! I felt like a number today

The IV Treatment took approximately an hour to complete. While receiving the treatment, I watched videos on my phone and relaxed. The representatives were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely would recommend.
