The 2nd voucher was a week out of date (because they failed to mention it was only valid for 6 months) and charged her after the lady on the phone said it was fine to use when i booked. They also make you pay in advance, which always makes me suspect. Why should I have to pay before receiving my service? This massage also was only done for 40 minutes. Absolutely disgraceful. Also they were talking thai to eachother the whole time and laughing. We've all been there. You know they're talking about you. Appalling customer service. No one there speaks fluent English. So if you need to ask questions. Don't bother. Well they appear to pick and chose when and what they understand. Plus they had no skill in the massage. I stumbled across this place when googling for massages in Bondi area. Rita, the manager, first explained what the Deep Relaxation Package (what I signed up for) entailed. She was right ---- I was in for a treat. First, there was a head and shoulder massage in a warm treatment room, while my feet were soaked in a warm foot bath. Then I moved on to the 3000 pound one-piece wood massage table where I enjoyed herbal oil massage for 45 mins. If you are looking for a massage to untie your muscle knots, this is not the place you want to come. This kind of massage is more for de-stressing your body and mind. After the massage, I did the Shirodhara - it is basically a warm steady flow of oil dripping down your forehead (your third eye?) continuously for 45 mins. It was SO relaxing ! I think I dozed off a couple of times. TIP: Make sure you do not have any appointments/ dates after the massage because you would be quite "oily" (even though you would be wiped down with warm wet towels), especially for females ! I had to wash my hair three times later that night to thorouhgly clean my oily hair !

And there is no funny business at the end. If you need a rub, some cupping, needles, pills or potions then 88 is for you. With this in mind you can visit for anything from colds to torn muscles. Just had a 1hr session on the legs and after he slammed my Bupa card it cost $35. Its great cause it's close to my gym so seeing as i walk to the gym it's another 100 metre walk to the Thai Massage.
