I noticed this place on Church St as they had a big sign up saying "Thai massage $45 for 1hr" so we gave it a go. Once you climb the stairs they've really done a great job fitting the place out. The music, smells, decor etc is just like a nice massage place in Thailand. Both my wife and I had a great massage - (they have single and couple rooms). When the hour is up they give you a nice hot tea as well. They also give you a receipt for a health fund rebate which makes them even more affordable. At the moment its probably the best value massage in the area. read more

First few times I came here I really enjoyed the experience, I say experience as it starts from the moment you enter the door to the moment you pay your bill & leave. The massage itself the first few times was great, the masseuses were attentive, listened to exactly how I preferred my massages & tended to tight areas without instruction. However today was ok, not the best but passable. So why am I giving them two stars? It's the after service, when I came to pay the bill on previous occasions they always gave me a receipt to claim back the massage on my health fund but this time explained to me that health funds are becoming strict & only certain massage can be claimed. This wasn't the problem, it was more so how it was delivered to me, completely lacked any tack and being a regular customer I felt completely jilted. The experience made me feel cheap & I was fine with no receipt to claim back if that's the rules but the passive aggressive nature of the conversation just lost them a valued customer. read more

This review is based on the phone call alone. My partner and I did not proceed to see this place as the staff/owner on the phone was blatantly rude. From the second the call was picked, I understand the lady may be busy but less than 30 seconds into her time, asking standard questions regarding pregnancy safety etc. I was rushed then hung up with annoyance. Disgusting. Unfortunate to have give this place a pass, but I can't expect the experience to be good knowing such standard services are passed as problematic customers. read more
