When you arrive however they tell you that the oil massage $69 if you want a firm massage, despite the fact that the brochure indicates the $59 massage is "gentle to firm". You are then told the $59 massage is not firm at all, and that you need to pay $69 for any sort of pressure. Proceeding onto the massage itself there are massive delays for the masseuse to actually enter the room. Then there are constant interruptions as the masseuse goes to answer the phone constantly. The massage is mostly quite low quality. This place is so bad that I wasn't just upset at the waste of money, I was quite angry that I literally wasted an hour here

Once you climb the stairs they've really done a great job fitting the place out. The music, smells, decor etc is just like a nice massage place in Thailand. Both my wife and I had a great massage - (they have single and couple rooms). When the hour is up they give you a nice hot tea as well. They also give you a receipt for a health fund rebate which makes them even more affordable. At the moment its probably the best value massage in the area.

It's the after service, when I came to pay the bill on previous occasions they always gave me a receipt to claim back the massage on my health fund but this time explained to me that health funds are becoming strict & only certain massage can be claimed. This wasn't the problem, it was more so how it was delivered to me, completely lacked any tack and being a regular customer I felt completely jilted. The experience made me feel cheap & I was fine with no receipt to claim back if that's the rules but the passive aggressive nature of the conversation just lost them a valued customer.
