I sent him so many pictures of different alcohols and ingredients, just to make sure it was what we needed and he always responded within a few minutes, which I REALLY appreciated since I was already at the store. For the cocktails, Efrain sent me a list to choose from but I was also able to add a drink that wasn't on the list. We also changed some of the cocktails we originally chose and he was happy to adjust. All of the drinks were really good!!! And everyone at the wedding LOVED Scooby Snack so I definitely recommend that one! During the wedding, a few of the groomsmen also requested different drinks that wasn't on the list we had but Efrain was happy to make it for them. My husband and I were so busy the entire time of the wedding so we didn't get to talk to him and his team but all my guests said they were wonderful. I have a feeling he wanted to get out of this commitment by forcing an UNREASONABLE option LAST MINUTE and now I am stuck finding a bartender with only a 3 day notice. Seriously, I've worked with so many vendors and NEVER have dealt with someone like this. I have screenshots of this terrible service, but I would rather not go there publicly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Edit: Original guest count 100, new was down to 75-85. We did the same EXACT wedding last year for the sister with ONE bartender. I was a little surprised and thought it was funny when I saw in thier Yelp description that they just flat out put some of their pricing in their bio. That is very upfront-already they were out of my price range as I have hired bartending companies in the past and was just looking for maybe 2 signature cocktails and some standard packages. The owner (Mikey) told me that they offer an incredible cocktail experience and perhaps their services wouldn't suit my needs. Really straightforward and honest. Gave me some good advice about my own party with no pressure and told me to check out their Instagram page for perhaps a future event. Just for fun I checked out their website videos and Instagram and I was in awe or even addicted to their beautiful cocktails. My husbands and our friends all watched the videos and read the reviews. I was so worried- they sounded too good to be true (Instagram beautiful, but disappointing in person). So we kinda all pitched in to hire these guys-we just decided to go all out and ordered EVERY recommendation! We never ordered glassware or tables before and Mikey told us exactly what to order-he was like a wedding coordinator for bars! We got these crazy images printed on rice paper and handmade candy butterflies that looked like really jewelry-just blown away! They were the stars of the party and the vendors. Even the vendors wanted drinks. They had this service where they would just create on the spot which definitely was a pricey option but wow what an experience! It was like a Michelin star cocktail that had Instagram worthy looks all you can drink buffet experience! Every drink that left the bar everyone-would try to take a picture of it. I mean I even saw someone taking a picture of a drink off someone else's phone gallery lol!! Even my wine snob friend and manly beer drinkers wanted in. We are all still talking about the drinks and how passionate they were. Even water and non-alcoholic drinks they left the bar looked too pretty to drink. I swear I heard people saying they felt bad drinking the cocktail's because they were too beautiful! I know this is a long review but I wanted to tell people how amazing this team is. They put everything into each cocktail. I mean you just have to experience it to understand it-it's what Michael told me but wow it's true. They handled all of my guests with grace and speed, making all the regular drinks perfectly, and taking special orders without complaint. Very polite and respectful of my home, but personable and friendly with my guests, making everyone feel at home. They provided to me a menu of dozens of popular drinks, I picked out the ones that I wanted them to make, they then provided me with a detailed shopping list (based on my party size) of what alcohol and mixers I needed to buy, and where they recommended buying it. Very helpful! They even printed up a nice framed menu to sit on the bar, with a list of the popular drinks I chose. On time (arrived 30 minutes before the party to set up), professional - brought a very nice portable bar that they kept clean and stocked for free with all garnish (limes, olives, etc.) throughout the night. My final bill was exactly what they had quoted me, no surprises. I would hire them again without question! Ignore the Azusa location - they travel all over Southern California.
