This was probably my least favorite meal I've eaten in Poland. I had high hopes since I had read something about this place having the best steaks in town. When we first arrived we received a warm greeting. The staff were great. I started with the beef tartar which I did enjoy. My entree was a steak that I ordered medium rare and came out so where between medium well and well done. That was a bit disappointing. Also, the amount is lettuce on the plate was overwhelming. I love a good salad but this was a lot of kitties compared to rest of the salad Ingredients. All in all it was about average but I don't foresee going back with so many other amazing options.

Sioux is in a great location on the square, the food was good, I had the ribs and I would go back for them again! It's plain, straight forward food, so if your plain eater then this is the place for you, if plain is not your game then this food is still so tasty. They also do a pink Polish beer that is perfect, a must have, the staff here are good fun and friendly.

Dry meat and cold not melted cheese, really it's funny 36 zl ($10) burger. I don't recommend it.

On my visit I didn't feel like a burger so I opted for the grill chicken. The chicken itself was tasty but unexceptional. It's just grilled chicken, after all. I was pleasantly surprised by the sides I got though. The mashed potato was nicely buttery, while the creamed spinach had just the right amount of garlic. Portions were far larger than what one might expect of side dishes. I left the place with my hunger completely satisfied. Well Done has a decent beer selection, consisting of local brews (instead of big brands). The bar also serves hard liquor like tequila and whiskey. One things to note: Don't order the nachos. They don't sell unflavored tortilla chips in Poland. You'll end up with heavily seasoned Doritos instead.

Very good and the rice and broccoli was perfect. I have to say this has become my favorite American burger/BBQ place in Kraków! The meats are very good quality, best burger I've have in Poland!

I can't comment on the burger selection, but after seeing several go to the few other customers, I probably should have had one of those. I ordered the potato skins, brisket, and a vanilla shake. So after 20 minutes, my appetizer arrives, and looks suspiciously like onion rings. I mentioned that I ordered the potato skins, and my waitress nearly tried to get me to just take the onion rings instead. In fairness, the onion rings did look quite good. 10 minutes later and I had my skins. And they were pretty good. Spuds seem to be about the only thing that they can do well. So while I'm eating my skins, my waitress again asks what kind of milkshake I ordered, and I confirmed it was vanilla. I should have stuck with water. Their idea of a shake is malted milk with some vanilla flavor. No ice cream, not frozen, barely even cold. But there was more to come. My brisket arrived, and I couldn't see the brisket. Look at the picture and I think you will agree, that what I received was definitely not brisket. In fact, I'm pretty sure some of my friends from Texas are weeping right now. This stuff looked like pot roast sliced about 3/4" thick. It was falling apart, and had huge chunks of fat on the edges, like picture 2 shows. Very disappointing. At least the fries were good.

When we visited around noon, there were only two parties ahead of us, so the wait wasn't bad at all. We ordered the daily special, a chicken cordon bleu served with potatoes and a side of vegetables that tasted a bit like coleslaw. We also tried two kinds of fried pierogi: spinach and feta, and pickled cabbage with white mushrooms. It was my first time trying pierogi, and I really enjoyed them. They reminded me of dumplings, but were served with sour cream on the side, which added a nice touch. Ordering was very straightforward. You simply place your order at the counter, and the staff will bring the food to your table. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous.

Given its proximity to the main square and solid selection of local food choices, it's no wonder they stay packed.
