This was probably my least favorite meal I've eaten in Poland. I had high hopes since I had read something about this place having the best steaks in town. When we first arrived we received a warm greeting. The staff were great. I started with the beef tartar which I did enjoy. My entree was a steak that I ordered medium rare and came out so where between medium well and well done. That was a bit disappointing. Also, the amount is lettuce on the plate was overwhelming. I love a good salad but this was a lot of kitties compared to rest of the salad Ingredients. All in all it was about average but I don't foresee going back with so many other amazing options.

Sioux is in a great location on the square, the food was good, I had the ribs and I would go back for them again! It's plain, straight forward food, so if your plain eater then this is the place for you, if plain is not your game then this food is still so tasty. They also do a pink Polish beer that is perfect, a must have, the staff here are good fun and friendly.

Really good western texmex spin in Poland ... Well cooked and spicy .. Great service and portions

Dry meat and cold not melted cheese, really it's funny 36 zl ($10) burger. I don't recommend it.

We went back, when we decided, tonight, we're having steak & seafood, and went back, and got seated right away, because the girl who was luring us with a menu, remembered us, and got us seated fast! The bathroom, was the 1st thing I wanted to go, and it was clean, I like the fact that they have a hand-dryer on the wall, not like they have in some restrooms in Portland. My husband tried a couple Polish wines and they were very good. He had the Prime Rib Eye Steak with all the trimmings. The presentation was awesome and the food was superb. The salad was presented on a unique glass platter and we both shared & enjoyed it. I've never had red pepper before, and I thought they were just some weird tiny berries, even though he did mentioned 'red peppers'. I've forgotten, and yes, of course PEPPERS that were RED! LOL The salad was shrimp with avocados, tomatoes, and just enough dressing. Love the bread, too! My Ricotta with champagne & shrimp was also presented on a unique 'hat' shaped large size plate and it was delicious! It's a 5 star review and a 5 star location!

This place is without a doubt the best steakhouse I've had so far. I was craving for steaks and…read moreread really good reviews for this restaurant, decided to give it a try since it was very close to where I stayed (Hotel Pod Roza) anyway. We came during prime dinner time and we got lucky enough to get seated at a table without a reservation. That being said, this place was busy! So definitely book a reservation if you want to come, I think we just got lucky that day. I ordered the New York strip with buttered spinach and baked sweet potato. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The steak was not overly salty, it's got just the right amount of smokiness to it. Great texure, not chewy at all, just melts in your mouth. The sides were cooked perfectly, I literally have nothing to add. We also ordered a fruit salad, which was extremely fresh and also refreshing to counterbalance the heaviness of the main entree. Server was very busy attending another large party, but still made sure to check in on us once in a while. Gosh if I ever come back to Krakow, I'm definitely paying this place another visit. Of note, there is the Little Market Square that is extremely close to this restaurant. Definitely also worth a visit if you happen to come here for a meal.

After googling and seeing positive recommendations for this restaurant we decided to spend one of our three nights in Krakow dining at Pimiento... what a mistake On arrival the manager looked us up and down head to toe and told us he only had space in the garden, we accepted the table to receive the worst service I have received in a restaurant of this standard. The waiters were rude start to finish, we topped up our own wine whilst watching others around us being topped up, not one person asked if we enjoyed our meal or if our meat was cooked to our liking (which it wasn't) whilst they asked most other tables. We waited 25 mins after finishing our main course before anyone asked if we would like dessert or our bill, I had to call the waiter out. The main waiter in the garden didn't serve us but served every other table. Absolutely appalled by the service at this restaurant, I'm well travelled and eat in good restaurants and I've never paid good money for a meal and received such terrible service. Safe to say I won't be back I'd also like to clarify that as much as we were smart casual we were in no way dressed in such a manner to receive this level of service... disgusting. I definitely would not recommend dining at this restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager and then response I received was "well how much do you want to pay?" I asked if I could at least have an apology and he told me my experience and his experience is different despite the fact he wasn't there to witness any of it. Shocked!

The colors and mix of textures work perfectly together. Although the lighting adds ambience to the whole picture, I still got a cold feeling about this place. After arriving, two hostesses greeted me and gave me three options for a table for one person. Because it was my first time there, I followed their instructions but later I was wondering why they didn't tell me to sit just anywhere I want. The restaurant was rather empty. It was late evening, and I didn't think a crowd of people would come to have a steak for supper. Actually, I should have started from the beginning I was on the hunt for the best beef tartar in town. I did some research and Ed Red was coming out all the time so I gave them a try. So practically I knew what I was going to order, except a drink. The drink menu wasn't interesting. I saw only three kinds of beer. All of them were craft and honestly I don't appreciate it so much, but I ordered beer anyway. It was 'Pan IPAni' from "Trzech Kumpli" brewery, "...the lightness of wheat beers combined with the enticing bitterness of a classic IPA. Expect prominent citrus, mango and pear aromas intertwined with delicate floral notes. Slightly cloudy, light golden. Well-balanced, moderately bitter on the mouth". Sounds great, doesn't it? But I thought later shot of vodka would have been a better match for my beef tartar. Of course there is a long list of wine you can choose from.   The food came to my table faster than I expected. I know it was a dish from the appetizer menu, but it was the only thing I ordered, so they should have given me at least some feeling that my food was well prepared. It came almost at the same time as my beer. The chopped beef tenderloin tartar was good. I enjoyed every bite of it. Unfortunately I couldn't dispel the feeling that it should have been served with bread that was of lighter consistency or taste. A buttery toast would have been much more appreciated. It wouldn't have overwhelmed the taste of the wonderful beef tenderloin. The whole experience wasn't the best, but the food made me think I would like to come back and try something more from the menu. I am not a big fan of beef, except tartar, but they offer more variety of dishes. The atmosphere gave me a chilling feeling, like I mentioned from the beginning. Even the big and warm smile of my waiter didn't heat the environment a bit. I could see from a distance a bunch of butcher looking chefs. They were wearing white and I thought it was really cool but it creeped me out having seen them knowing I actually ate what someone just killed. There was music in the background but it was quiet and all I heard was a refrigerator buzzing constantly with no break. Maybe when Ed Red is full of people everything it feels different, more lively, but this was the point of view I had this one particular evening.
