At one time I would have recommended this clinic but unfortunately it seems all the negative things Ive heard in the past were legitimate. This clinics owner will place a "do not service" on your account for assumptions, and accusations that really shouldn't affect having your pets seen in the first place, won't see your pets, and says she "doesn't want to deal with the drama of adopters" for rescue pets. Guess since she's gonna be expanding her clinic, her image is more important than the welfare of the animals themselves. They just started taking actual appointments, but you still wait a long time even though there's three vets. Your personal info may also be leaked to third parties as well. So sad since this is the only clinic in the small town. When I first met dr thoms, I thought she actually wanted to make a difference when it came to the animals in need in our area, but like so many others, she's forgotten her oaths, & it's all about expansion and money.
