I was shocked & thrilled to have someone actually answer the phone as I had expected to leave a voicemail. I explained the issues I had with a claw machine/crane game I had just purchased my children for Christmas that no longer worked properly after only 1 week of ownership. Additionally, I told him about a kiddie ride I just purchased one of my children for his birthday that was sold as "working," but did not, in fact, move. Tony said, "No problem. Call Jamie in the morning, and she'll add you to the schedule. We'll have someone come out and take a look." He was honest in telling me that he was not certain whether or not his company could get the kiddie ride working, but he was certain they could fix the claw machine. I called the next morning, as instructed, and I was floored that Jamie was able to schedule someone to visit my house on Wednesday of the same week! WoW! I just finished with Dean, who was truly my hero. He quickly fixed the kiddie ride explaining that it had been mis-wired. Then he moved on the our claw machine, and fixed that right up without issue or incident. Dean even went above and beyond to call of duty and replaced the main cord on a horse ride which our rabbit (escaped his cage one day) had chewed the casing on exposing the wire(s). Dean did not just stop there. He rerouted some wiring inside the machine to make it that much safer for the children which was fantastic. I can't thank the kind people at Courtesy Coin enough. The man who came introduced us all to Fiona, the adorable pony who came to the party with him. The handler was kind and polite. He was very patient with all of the kids at the party. Some were young (siblings of the party goers) and he took the time to allow them to pet the pony and get comfortable with it instead of just having them sit in the saddle before they were ready. He stood next to the pony but out of the view of the cameras that were snapping pictures like crazy. He was very safety conscious and a total professional. Scheduling the pony ride was easy. Laurie kept in touch with me and confirmed the date and time the week and the day before the event. I had no concerns at all.
