I was taken as an emergency, I was welcomed by a very pleasant woman who made the new patient process so pleasant. They identified the issue, got medication to pharmacy within 15 minutes and i was on my may. I have been back several times and always the same positive experience. I have ref my husband and two friends and all live this practice.

The current doctor there , Richard Diamond, is a whack he goes on luxurious vacations about once a month and also has other practices where he works as an oncologist and A hematologist. Sure that looks great on paper but the man is in it for the money not the people. How can you keep track of everything when you are wearing a million different hats everyday? When Miss Taylor tells you she will send your prescription. She doesn't wait 3 to 4 hours. She sends it right then and there and wish her nothing but the best in life truly you deserve it.. #1

However, following my disputing a prior bill which their office had failed to follow up on, Dr. Saladino refused to see me for a scheduled medical appointment and even refused to come out of his office to speak with me for a few minutes. In addition, his office manager also refused to speak with me. The receptionist informed me that I would not be seen or be medically treated unless the outstanding bill was paid, even though it was disputed.I was told This was the practice's policy, in a curt and very rude manner.. I followed up with a heartfelt letter to Dr. Saladino which I hand delivered marked "personal and confidential." His 'reply' was a form letter discharging me from his practice. If a dehumanizing experience is what you seek, look no further!
