After months of being in pain he basically told me his surgery was perfect and insinuated it was all in my head. I'm now in chronic pain and under the care of a pain management doctor. I wear a pain patch around the clock and take prescription pain medication just to have a small amount of normalcy. A well adjusted executive is now on antidepressants just to be able to face the day. Please, please, please do not let this arrogant man perform surgery on you.

After waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room I was finally summoned by a surly employee (peters) who simply shouted out patients' last names when it was their time to be sent to an exam room. No mr. or mrs., no first names, she'd just yell out SMITH or JONES, for example. So I wait another 20 minutes alone in an exam room. At no time while I waited a half hour in the waiting room or another 20 minutes in the exam room did either of the receptionists or any of the myriad of other nurses, attendants, or even the dr. Inform me that they were running so far behind schedule. So, after waiting 50 minutes I went to the nurses' desk and asked for a refund for the $35 copayment they collected in advance of any services being rendered. I asked if they would validate my parking ticket since I just wasted hours of my valuable time in transit and waiting for a physician I could no longer wait to see. Sorry- we don't validate tickets. $5 up in smoke. 20 minutes later as I drove home the office manager called me to apologize. She asked if there was anything she could do. I told her that I would take my business elsewhere.
