Very neat clinic in the Hillman area of Seattle…read more I normally get my annual visits done at the PolyClinic. My doctor called out and they wanted to schedule me three months later. I called Hillman City medical to see if I could have an annual visit/labs done. They scheduled me for the following week. I went in and to my surprise, had a very thorough initial intake/work up done. Labs were done right in the room versus me heading to a lab and waiting to be called. I was only expecting my usual cholesterol and metabolic panel labs. I reported eczema and coughing during the middle of the night. I had a steroid inhaler prescribed for my night coughing fits I had ever since my COVID infection. I had been finding myself coughing every week or two since catching COVID as an awakening call in the middle of the night. I had many restless nights from the intense, successive coughing and each time, I tested negative. After two months of inhaler use, I haven't had a single coughing fit. Amazing. For my eczema, I had tacrolimus prescribed. I stopped picking up my medication because my insurance restricted the drug to prior authorization only and had been using steroids for eczema flares. The clinic was able to quickly appeal insurance and I was able to pick up the medication. Aside from thorough work up, the part I thought was neat was Dr Đang Do went and discussed my coughing fit with the other physician. Having one doctor is great but when they share their knowledge amongst each other, even better.

My…read moredaughter after the medicine was given Medroxyproges, teron 150 mg date was Feb 2026 she has been pale and she has been to the doctors. When calling this establishment, I wanted to speak to the female doctor that was supposed to originally be there for my daughter's appointment and she was not there so we ended up getting Hoang DO. First off he is not a good doctor and on top of that he told me to sue the company because I wanted to express my frustrations about my daughter being pale. I called for 2 weeks about my daughter, and no one responded until i finally came a month and half later. When I went in, I spoke with one oof the receptionists and she tried to explain, and I need an Expert not a receptionist. They made me another appointment to check lily and the second time coming there he just listened an did not help and told me and my daughter to go home and figure it out. I am making this complaint because I am scared for this to happen to another person who has a child who is autistic and not verbal. For this doctor to treat us like this, is alarming and I want to make sure that this is corrected. Today I am taking my daughter to Lakeview emergency center. My family, her teachers are worried she been out of school for a month and has been bleeding to where I need to check. If today I find out something is wrong, then I will do exactly that and get my lawyers to sue Just like MR. Dang DO tell me other than being professional and actually helping my daughter lily n.

Used the automated system to cancel my first appointment with Dr. Waterman - 3 days before my…read morescheduled appointment (On Monday - my appointment was Thursday). Clearly the system didn't work as I got a form letter regarding my 'no show'. However - what really upset me was the personalized note I received at the bottom of the form letter: "We are very busy in the clinic and need appointment slots for other patients. We appreciate that you not make appointments you can't keep" It was signed by Dr. Waterman - not sure if she or her office wrote the note. Either way it was in bad form to write a shame note at the bottom for a new patient. I will definitely not be seeing her/or anyone at pacific hill if this is the way they treat new / existing patients. Their systematic mishap/bug results in a personalized nasty gram? Not that their office cares as they are so busy. Its hard enough to find a doctor, let alone one you can trust - not going to trust someone who felt the need to shame me before meeting me- or doing their homework that their systems were down. Pretty sure that is why Form Letters exist - to avoid someone writing their own personal feelings and making customers (because its America, we pay for treatment) angry or feel as though they can't entrust the individuals in who we place our most intimate needs.

For good reason! She is friendly, very intelligent, and I feel comfortable speaking with her about any concerns or questions without it being awkward. It also helps that things are explained in ways that make sense, not in a bunch of medical gobbledygook. Sometimes she is a little hard to schedule, as she is obviously very busy, but she is competent and definitely someone I would recommend.

In the garage, it cost money but it's pretty reasonable. Less than $3 if it's under 2 hrs. I was there for a mammogram, so when you enter the facility, no need to check in at the main door, just follow the sign to Mammogram and check in with the front desk there. Once inside, the tech, Terry walked me to the locker room, gave me a hospital cape, and told me to take off my shirt and bra (if I take off my pants, she's going home. Haha) and put my personal belongings in the locker then head to the waiting room. After that, she walked me to the room and showed me the positions to take the scan. Terry was really nice, friendly and pleasant. The experience was not as bad as I thought. The level of care was superb. I was expecting the worst since I read another Yelpers experience before coming. Almost had me cancelled the appointment but I'm glad I didn't. Terry explained the process and what to expect so I was pretty grateful for a good first time experience.

I just want to be seen and have a doctor that cares about their patients and not just ticking off the box. Every time I have had a virtual appointment my care team has been 20 + minutes late. Since this has been a trend, the care team may as well schedule the appt for when they are going to actually come on, instead of wasting the time that their patients have to take off of work and pay.
