Unfortunately, the tattoo on my wrist has left me extremely disappointed. It says "SLOW DOWN" in my dad's handwriting--something he often said to me. This wasn't just another tattoo. It meant a lot to me. Within two weeks, the S and L started fading. By three weeks, the whole tattoo had faded so much that it looked years old. When I brought this to the shop's attention, they offered to fix it if I returned within 90 days. I appreciate the offer, but I live four hours away. An eight-hour round trip to correct a tattoo that faded within weeks is a significant expense and commitment. I paid for my tattoos and tipped very well. I'm asking for a refund for this particular tattoo, so I can have it corrected closer to home. I'm happy with my other tattoo, but this one hurts my heart because of what it represents. I would really like the shop to offer a resolution that takes my distance and the circumstances into consideration.
