I told them to shove it, and went across the street to tractor supply and got a REAL kohler brand fuel filter. Screw this place! I love my mower! But except nothing from this company! The job involved routing wires through the attic to the different corners of the house. Z has done a phenomenal job wiring these, it's such a clean install, which would have costed me 3x the price somewhere else. The good: Z is one of the most attentive/detailed individuals I have ever worked with, he started with asking basic questions, toured the house with me, analyzed the best parameters for wiring, then built a plan to wire. Planning is often overlooked in these jobs, but the fact that he took the time, was huge in ensuring a clean look. Great price quoted, and did not overcharge, despite running over on time. He is passionate about his quality of work, and will not let that be sacrificed even if it takes longer. In fact, he had to return again to complete the job to 100% because he wasn't satisfied with the quality initially. As a customer, I certainly appreciate that quality in a business. He was communicative throughout, explained the technical jargon in detail, had tips, and even after completion of the job, told me that i can call him anytime i needed help to troubleshoot the install. Cost, Workmanship, Post-install service are excellent. The bad: Really, not much. Just know that if you give them a job, you will get 100% out, but quality work takes time, and it may be more than what you anticipate, but in the end it will be worth it. I was skeptical at first to give them my business since they didn't have a lot of reviews, but I am blown away. If you are on the fence, get a quote from these guys and don't look back.
