I'm giving this 2 stars because MARC SINCLAIR really is a great chiropractor.
But beware the receptionist, Anita. She will talk to you like you're a small, dim-witted child. She will arbitrarily call on someone else in the waiting room, giving away your appointment time, because she randomly doesn't like the way you look or sound.
I arrived minutes ahead of time & she called on someone who'd come an hour early (why, who knows?), then tried to backtrack and tell me I "was three or four minutes late" when I'd been sitting in the waiting room since four minutes before my scheduled time. Why do I know it's four minutes? I have an iPhone. US Atomic Clock is the time. If Anita's Mickey Mouse watch is running off-time, this is not my problem.
I called back, after leaving (I canNOT sit in a metal chair, bolt upright for an hour -- there's a reason I need to see a chiropractor!), and she kept interrupting me on the phone and yelling.
This is no way to run a business. If Dr Marc Sinclair gets a professional to run his front office, I'll try it again. Otherwise, I'm sticking to the experts (and professionals) at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center's Spine Clinic. read more
