After 6 months of chronic, debilitating foot pain I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis by an orthopedic PA. I wore a boot for 6 weeks, which eased the intense pain, but did not cure the condition. After accommodating my foot pain for an additional 6 months, I finally contacted Melanie for a reflexology consultation. Melanie put me at ease and reassured me that reflexology would help me get back on my feet and back to my active lifestyle. And it did!!! After just a couple of sessions, I noticed significant improvement. I met with Melanie every other week for a couple of months, but then was able to go on a maintenance plan of once a month. I now schedule a session once every 3-4 months to help maintain overall wellness. I have to admit that even if the reflexology didn't cure my foot pain, I would continue to schedule reflexology sessions for my overall well-being.
