Every massage feels completely personalized to what my body needs that day. She is especially amazing at finding areas I didn't even realize were contributing to pain or tightness and explaining how everything is connected. I also love that she gives practical suggestions for stretches and things I can do between appointments instead of just sending me on my way. She's professional, intuitive, genuinely caring, and incredibly good at what she does. You can tell she truly loves helping people feel better in their bodies. This isn't just a relaxing massage, it's a truly holistic experience. Victoria is a highly sought local massage therapist and books up quickly, but she works hard to get you in. I bought a package from her and her massages are spot on. She will keep monitoring you to make sure the pressure is correct and she does cupping, steamed towel, reiki, and cranio-sacral therapy, too. I have fallen asleep on the table while she was working on me at least once and I always leave feeling more relaxed. She 's also highly knowledgeable and intuitive about feet structural issues and proper shoe fitting. She is certified in Structural Reflexology®, which as explained on her site, "analyzes foot alignment and function to correct foot problems by seeking the cause of painful symptoms. The foot structure is assessed, aligned, and then by utilizing Reflexology, massage techniques, and gentle taims, joint and muscle tension is relieved." My dad has severe feet issues that have led to difficulty walking. He was going to be visiting me, so I got him set up for a package with Victoria. He was highly impressed with her knowledge and his feet felt better than they had in a long time. He was so pleased, that he even signed up for a full body massage. Victoria is kind, sweet, and does phenomenal work. I'm so grateful for her services.

Scheduling was easy, and her office space is right in the heart of Essex Junction. There is plenty of parking behind her building. She does work on the third (top) floor of the building, and I don't believe there is an elevator. But once you get to her space, it's neat and cozy. It is REALLY hot today, but between her air conditioner and a small fan, I was totally comfortable. Amanda is very friendly and professional, and she gave me a very careful, thorough massage. My goals for the session were pretty much just to relax and enjoy the time, and hopefully to avoid falling asleep. It was a success by all accounts! Don't hesitate to give Amanda a try, you will be pleased!
