Secondly, how great is it when the nail you had in your tire didn't need a patch, it was just in the rubber and the guys took it out without a charge Third, since we were there figured I'd ask how long we had on the tires before they needed replacement. Honest answer appreciated and since we needed we needed tires figured we should go ahead and get them. The guys were great! Excellent customer service The tires were great quality, they explained the difference between each tread since my son has a lifted Jeep and has some beefy off-road tires on there now but didn't need those type. i am so mad right now. my husband and i sent to the shell station on bonforte ave in pueblo. we…read moreneeded to top off our gas tank with about 10$. my husband swiped the card and accidently put in the wrong zip code because he just moved to the neighborhood, and he put in our old zip code. so he had to swipe again and use our new zip code. we only needed an exact $10.00 to fill the tank. i always look at our account everyday. this morning i looked and found that we were $150.00 short. i called our card and they told me that we swiped the card 2 times at shell and they held $75.00 for each swipe for a fricken $10.00 in gas. i am fumming. i will never do business with them again. that is ridiculous!!! and they are holding the money till thursday!. i got gas yesterday which was monday. horrible that they can do this!!!

AAA sent this company for roadside assistance when my vehicle wouldn't start. I'm a single mom on…read morea roadtrip with my 12 year old twins and I don't know anyone in this state. The area we broke down is very sketchy and we've been harassed by unhoused all night. The tech they sent arrived with no tools and apparently no knowledge of automotive- we had power so I didn't think it was the battery- but all he could do was try to charge the battery- of course that didn't work so he gave up. Said they didn't have a tow truck and he would have to ask his boss what she thought.... Apparently she didn't think we were worthy of help because he then left us stranded on the side of the road and drove off. AAA kept the service call open stating- "still trying to decide on the best resolution for your service call" until about midnight when the script changed to "thank you for working with us" which I guess means the call was closed without resolution or so much as a phone call or text. I'm still stranded with my young kids the next day and have no idea how I will get help in this small town. Looks like we will have to leave our Mercedes behind and take the train home. I wish AAA would contract with a more reliable shop- this will end up costing me a ton of extra money time and stress because they couldn't help and didn't follow through to let me know they weren't coming back until after midnight. So much for AAA- because they use these guys- I had to walk to a hotel, pay for an unexpected night, wait until the next morning to find my own tow company and mechanic and wait in the same sketchy. Active area for many hours. I won't get my car back to Albuquerque anytime soon and my kids are pretty traumatized at the experience..

In normal times where gas is not jumping all over the place from day to day its usually a dime…read morecheaper than all the other gas stations, but not as cheap as Sam's on the other end of town. Sam's is the absolute least expensive in town, but of course you have to have a Sam's card to get the pump to work, but you do not need a card at Wallmart. Also they have the least expensive large fountain drinks in town. Something like .89 cents. They employees are all ok. It's usually pretty busy inside the little store, so the employees rarely have much time to talk and get to know you. Can't fault them for that.
