The food is Always delicious and that means every plate. The chicharron plate is delicious and they also have hasientos, but I prefer with queso fresco No the quesadilla cheese. When you come to eat and you want the best service ask for Lupe she's the best server. The place is always clean and if there's any games you can watch it there so come support your local hole in the wall. read more

Came in around 8 PM. Parking is in the back, but it gets pretty sketchy past the alley, so just something to be aware of. The restaurant itself is actually pretty big, which I wasn't expecting based on how it looks from the outside. Unfortunately, the service was a bit awkward. I had to approach the cashier to grab our own menus, and she simply told us to sit anywhere. She never came by to check if we needed anything, including water or the check, so I ended up having to walk up to the counter to ask for everything, including boxes and a bag. I ordered the sopes and a cebada. The cebada was extremely sweet, to the point where an entire cup of water, which was the ONE cup provided for our table of three, barely helped dilute it. The food was good. But, the coffee carne deshebrada looked a little odd, almost like it was old, but I think it was more so just very dry. read more

I was there a couple days ago. And the food is really good. This service is very weird. I don't know I think they need to train the server. She's no friendly enough. I don't know how to explain. She just give the menu. Say see that. Whatever you like she never is mine I Feel Like a She's There Like no Happy like maybe she don't want all. Don't Don. don't Like To Work There. The food was good but because the service I never come Back. She trade like we don't have money or something. And I don't wanna give you my Tip to Someone. They don't wanna do customer service with me. I'm a server too, and for my privacy. I can put What. I work where you can see my Job reviews and I always try people like my family because for them. I'm able to pay my bills. I hope you guys do something about because you have a really good restaurant or you need that server. They really wanna work with you guys and vía support Port on You Business. read more

Well idk what the issue is that anyone has with the restaurant but my oh my.... Don Luis your Plato de puerco en salsa verde is one of and if not the best chile verde plates I've ever tasted, juicy tender meat cooked to perfection along with the frijoles de puerco and rice and I added sunny side eggs on top and the tortillas hechos a Mano were a perfect touch 10/10 the chips and salsa it's self 10/10. The service I got from Sandra with my service dog was top tier the hospitality was amazing I appreciate kind hearted people and they very tentative to all their clients which is rare service was 10/10. The restaurant its self had a great nostalgic vibe and the music playing took me back to when I was a kid and that's awesome. Very clean the plating it's self was really nice family friendly for sure fellas you wanna bring your lady to a good meal I highly recommend it, I do wanna try their Barbacoa plate on my future visit. And cocoa puff loved her taco de asada 10/10 from her. read more

Today I ordered chilaquiles con huevo and an order of 4 sopes (2 de res y dos de pollo) to go and I was not disappointed! I am someone who normally hates taking food home because I feel that the quality is not as great as if you dine in and I also feel that the portions are smaller. However, eating here it made me realize that not all places are the same. I would definitely recommend takeout from here as it did not disappoint one bit! read more

The tamales and chilorio were both delicious. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. I honestly felt like I was having food at a local Mexican restaurant in Mexico with my family. It made me feel like I was in the motherland. I will definitely be coming back to have those tamales. read more

This place... what can I say...? It's NOT the best when it comes to quality. Presentation looks beautifully, however the taste was horrible. The handmade tortillas are delish, but their meats do not taste fresh. Several of my group complained that the meat was bad. To avoid food poisoning , please do NOT eat their seafood or meats. Opt for a vegetarian options, like tacos de papa with rice and beans. I honestly only recommend the handmade tortillas & corn tamales. Replying to the Owner: Luis, This is the kind of attitude that is making your WHOLE brand "El Sinaloense" have a terrible reputation! From customer service all the way to the food! This might be a cultural thing with the horrible service that comes from your staff, however, not everyone is receptive to receiving that kind of treatment. Your response is so unprofessional it just speaks volumes of the type of business you run. Check the menu? I did sir! And even if you don't have potato tacos I'm sure your restaurant can make them. That's only if you care to accommodate and provide better customer service. read more

Service is great. Camarones rancheros have a kick and they're good. Sopes were extremely disappointing. The meat tasted like nothing, and I wouldn't get those again. Camarones al mojo de ajo were good! The rice is really good too. read more

My favorite torta de pierna in all of LA. It's as close as it gets to the torta I get in guamuchil. thank you y arriba Sinaloa

Todo mas que perfecto con la comida y servicio., pero ase falta un buen AC , esta muy sofocado dentro del restaurante

Food is good but the 1-star is for the inconsistent business hours. You might make the drive out and come to find out it is closed. We pulled up at 6:30 -- restaurant hours online clearly state 9pm closure Sunday. We drove out and they literally locked the door as we were heading to the front door. The people inside saw that we were attempting to dine here and didn't even have the decency to address us or apologize for the early closure. Wanton disregard for customer service implies a lack of civility in the way business is tendered therefore I shan't be returning. Super unprofessional - super unreliable hours - lack of professionalism or regard for clientele = 1 star. Update your hours on Yelp, Google etc. read more

I come here often and the food is very homey and always the same has consistency. There's a large dinning area and yet service is fast. I usually come in the evening and the ambiance is on the calmer side. The agua de cebada is reaalllyyy good... highly suggest coming here. The pollo a la plancha is also good. There are plenty of bottled salsas and you get unlimited sour cream and home made salsa. read more

If you speak Spanish it's comida casera! Meaning home made food. It's like eating at your moms place, if you're Mexican. Nothing fancy or trendy just good wholesome food. I like coming here because the food takes me back to when I was young and having some of my moms cooking. Nothing fancy or trendy, just some simple, delicious huevos rancheros or huevos con nopales with some beans and queso fresco and the best some hand made corn tortillas! I normally go for breakfast so I haven't tried all their food items but their sopes are just as yummy. The only one item I did try and wasn't satisfied with was their machaca. It was too dry for me. It seems like a family own business and so like most places at the moment their low on staff so don't hold that against them. One last thing. I've gone quite a few times and the waitresses have changed, for the most part their ok but maybe once one could have been a bit more pleasant. read more

My family is from Sinaloa! This place is legit! The servers and the owners are so nice and accommodating! The booths are spacious and the location is clean. I ordered the machaca. Bomb! Just like Los Mochis! I also ordered the chilaquiles verdes! Be careful, they are bomb but spicy!!! I also ordered los tamales de elote. Bomb! Even the frijoles, which have to be good if it's a Sinaloa spot, were on point. I will be back! read more

The food is delicious! Everything I've tried honestly has that homemade feel to it. My favorite is the sopes and carne asada plate.

The chilorio (con verduras), the beans and the tortillas. It's fat-on-fat-on-fat and boy is it lovely. Worth the drive from any point in the LA metro area. Not a joke. What's chilorio? It's almost like a ropa vieja. 'Cept the base is pork. It's got more of a kick. And the pork, once shredded, is fried in lard. If you aren't sold, you're not my kind of person. read more

Authentic with that homemade taste Sinaloense food. The choco milk Is also so good I love it. I've tried the Barbacoa with frijoles puercos and sopa fría. The menudo is also good. The tamal de puerco. Love it. Service and prices good as well. read more

Every dish I've tried is delicious and the service is excellent! This is my go to spot for breakfast.

This place was great! Parking is a pain- hardly any street parking and the back parking lot is a bit of a mess as it's shared with apartments. The food however, amazing. I tried the beef tostadas and sopes. They were delicious especially with the consomé that you pour over. I also got corn tamales which were amazing. Prices were cheap for the amazing quality food. I got there a bit late so they were sold out of most seafood. I really wanted to try their agua chiles but maybe next time. Service was fine and food came out pretty quickly. They weren't too busy on a Saturday night. I can't speak for how authentic the food is because I've never been to Sinaloa but the food was mouth watering good. I will definitely be back. Their menu is ample. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone. read more

The worst customer service ever! Don't go, the lady she's so disrespectful and she's always right no matter if your showing her. I Oder to go, I get home the beans are so watery I guess they water them down and little bit of meat. I called to get my money back and the lady said if you bring me all the food I'll return you the money. I get there and she said she was not giving me the money back. WTH who does that??? Plus she makes a big scene in front of all her customers eating. (How embarrassing). I just leave because it was embarrassing for me to fight over 48$. I'm sorry if I have misspelled or said something wrong but I am so mad! That was mines and my son breakfast. They didn't say sorry nor offer me a new plate! They just didn't care about their customer. If you see their reviews most of them say they don't care about their customers. read more
