One week before we were to move into the house, he had still not delivered his end of the contract. He tried to cover over major structural issues in th house as well as dangerous materials used. His mortgage broker he "highly" recommends and pushes is a nut job who does not know what she is doing and does not know the difference between her job (of getting you a mortgage) and getting involved in your personal decisons. In the end, Wes did not honor the signed contract and we were out a house. Oh and it wasn't one house, but two. Same situation and an 80 yr old man was out a home as well. Never in a million years would I recommend him and hold him highly responsible as our realtor of the emotional and stress we were put thru. He should lose his license.
