His understanding and flexibility made the days leading up to our wedding so much smoother, and that meant more to us than he probably knows. Bang and Logan were just as wonderful to work with. They gave clear directions, made us feel comfortable, and were so patient and understanding throughout the day. With my husband's health, we had to take things a little slower and squeeze in breaks whenever needed. The team was incredibly accommodating and worked with us every step of the way, never making us feel rushed. That level of care and understanding truly made a difference. And can we talk about their turnaround time?! They delivered our videos even faster than promised, which was such a huge plus! One thing about your wedding day is that everything happens SO fast. You spend months planning every little detail, and then suddenly, the day is over before you know it. There are moments you miss, little details you don't get to fully take in, and memories that feel like a blur. After we spent the afternoon driving around town to see if Staples and UPS could take photos for…read moreCanadian passport requirements (neither could cut the passport photos to the Canadian size requirements) we found Photo Express through a quick Google search. I gave them a call before heading to their store to confirm if they can do the Canadian passport photos and the employee/owner who answered was friendly and assured me that they have experience doing Candian passports and have been in business for 30 years. So after that call, to the Arden area we went! When my sister and I arrived at the office, they took her to the back to get her photos taken. After a few minutes, the person helping her told her that her teeth were slightly showing in the initial picture they took of her and told her it would be much safer to take another picture so that her passport application would not get denied! They are very knowledgeable and helpful and they care about their customers! A set of 2 passport photos was $30 (as of May 2026) and they followed all the Canadian passport requirements carefully. I noticed they also have a bunch of tube TVs in the front, old cameras, VHS players- it was like stepping into the 90s again. I loved the old grainy VHS quality footage they were playing on the tube TVs. I will strongly consider them when I get started on converting old video camera tapes to digital files. John, the videographer, was able to bring to life the feel and esthetic of our venue. The video is layered in such a creative way, shot in an interview style to capture the emotions of my husband and myself but also our bridal party.
