But I'm a Yelper and I want to share what a great experience I had with this company in regards to my workplace. Dan the owner/manager took the time to walk me through the process of what we'd need in terms of container sizes, spelled out the cost, told me there were NO OTHER hidden charges and he'd give us a 3 year contract. He also pointed out that our current company had a oil leak in their truck and pretty much stained our newly poured concrete. No matter how many times I called to get clarification Dan took his time and had the utmost patience for everything I asked. THANKS DAN!

Republic Services... Lousy company, just awful. They bought out our former hauler, and then…read moreneglected to continue emptying our bin, despite still being under contract. The trash piled up, neighbors complained, and police visited. Now we have a new provider, who's been awesome, but Republic's bin has been sitting in our lot for nearly two weeks now (the one marked "Horizon"). I was promised it would be removed by May 13. It wasn't. Have made several calls, yet it's still here. If you're considering Republic, don't. They suck and will leave you with possible fines from local authorities as a result of their ineptitude.

I showed up at 11:10 on Saturday, didn't have enough cash so I told the operator I would run to the atm and be right back. I ran to an atm and was back at 11:25. The lady didn't come to the window until 11:30 and said she just closed out and refused to let me dump. I only had a small trailer load and just wanted to get rid of it despite the outrageous minimum dump fee but they refused to let me. On my way out, a got junk truck came in and they let it dump. Check around, there are other stations that have a $52 minimum and care about their customers. These people are horrible to the public. Avoid this place at all costs.

No ridiculous fees, no confusing policies - just friendly, helpful staff who make it as simple as pulling up and dropping off your stuff. They took my outdated VCRs and even three air conditioners without blinking. It's refreshing to find a place that actually recycles responsibly without making you jump through hoops or pay just to do the right thing. Seriously, if you've got tech junk piling up, don't overthink it - just bring it here. This place is doing great work and makes it incredibly easy to declutter and help the environment at the same time. Highly recommend!
