Since that time, I've worn MN makeup exclusively. I have very few breakouts and my skin looks so much healthier. I get compliments on my makeup all the time. It's no pricier than the other brand, and they give out free gifts during bonus time. Because I shop at this location frequently, they keep a record of what I wear, which makes it easy to run in and pick up more when I'm running low. In addition to makeup, a large portion of my wardrobe was bought at the OB Merle Norman store. The clothes are perfect for work or casual wear, and seem to be great quality. This is a Tanger Mall, and although there are lots of deals to be found, you can find additional deals and discounts with the app. After a weekend in Memphis, I went to Southaven to find great deals. I stocked up on Columbia, PUMA, Nike, and Under Armour and even with the USD to CAD exchange rates, I still saved quite a bit of money. I placed my order on 11/14 and messaged them the following day to ask about their shipping/processing timeline. They got back to me quickly to let me know that online orders are processed between 2-4 days and shipments take an additional 5-7 days. Then nine days after I placed my order (on 11/23) they messaged me on instagram to let me know my purchase was out of stock and they had to ship it from the manufacturer. Three days after that (on 11/26) they emailed me to let me know my order had been cancelled because the items were defective and they won't send out defective items so they cancelled my order and sent it back to the manufacturer. I respect that choice, but I'm disappointed because I never got the items that I wanted. I wish they would've checked sooner to see if they had the items in stock. I highly suggest shopping at this boutique in person instead of ordering online.
