I have been buying from them for years and everything I have gotten has been unique and beautiful!

Excellent services . My daughter and I really loved the sales. All there items are not cheap made. All clothing was different and of good quality. We will be coming back. Love the new location. The owner was so wonderful. read more

Do not buy clothes from this "boutique". My order was packaged horribly and ripped during shipping. All $300 worth of my clothing were DESTROYED and ripped with black marks all over them. This company REFUSED to refund me or send me new items (with pictures sent) because my husband threw away the RIPPED to shreds, plastic bag it was sent in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I absolutely love this store and their staff!!! I ordered two dresses and they were too big. Completely my fault. Contacted them and they were going to setup a return. I'm close to the shop and asked them if they had any in the store that I could try on before purchasing. They asked what size and since I didn't know what I wanted, they agreed to send a medium and large to the store to hold for me to try on. Got there, they immediately pulled my items and helped my daughter and I wonderfully throughout our visit! As a business owner myself, I notice and am more appreciative of the amazing customer service they give! A huge shout out to their return department and the associates in the store! We love y'all! read more

It's rare that I check out their app or their website and don't find some thing I absolutely have to have! Never disappointed in the quality love the selection and they ship quickly been shopping with them for years and will continue to do so! read more

I have purchased many items and the customer service team has been great along with finally finding an upstanding online store with good quality, very cute clothes especially for the affordable price. So grateful to have found a reliable online store! read more

Pink Coconut Boutique - New Print Shirt for Mom that she loves! - Accessories Near Me - Olive Branch, Mississippi

Love this store! I only shop online, and have always had super fast shipping (even during and after Covid Christmas). They always have the cutest stuff and do a great job of telling you how things fit. Quality of the clothing is good. This is definitely a go to for me! read more

Love Mic, Sheri, and Alli! The clothes are so nice and the prices are soooooo good. Plus free shipping! Will be a long time buyer of PCB!

If I could give zero stars I would! I spent over $300. The clothes are cheaply made. If you order a small it will fit like a medium. What topped it off is when I told one employee my late father had died from cancer and she laughed. I said you laughed really???? Their clothes may hold up after a few washings and that's it. The customer service was horrible and almost as if two kids that decided to open a business. Poorly run. Communication is horrible and they will only be nice to you to get money. How can anyone laugh over someone getting cancer? Boycott this place. You will thank me. read more

I have ordered several things watching on line and its very hard to get your order threw bye the time i do they are sold out of what i wanted and have to be put on back order. Very upsetting because they let people order before they even show the item. I like to see the item showed on before I order . Also there are several items that i was disappointed in and very poor Quality and can not be washed with regular cloths for the price. . Also i have found some items they sale here in town a lot cheaper. You just have to really watch what you are buying. I do have several items on back order for a month now and payed for when ever they get them in to ship to me. So just be ware. Some items are priced to high. There T's should be marked cheaper also. Also Elly goes to exstreams sometime and talks to loud. . read more

You know all the really cute paisley, lace, and chevron tops and dresses you keep pinning on your Pinterest boards? Well, this is the place you can actually go and buy it. Even better, it's very reasonably priced. They have everything - tops, dresses, leggings, shoes, jeans, yoga pants, hand bags, boot socks, scarves, and jewelry. I could absolutely spend a fortune in here! It's well worth the drive from Memphis or Germantown if you're looking for the perfect date night or grove outfit. I'm lucky that its just right around the corner from me. read more

A little out of the way for me, but so happy I found it. This place is ridiculously huge for a boutique, but that's because the selection is endless. I came in having looked online beforehand for things I wanted. Everything I wanted was stocked at their warehouse where they take care of online orders, but the staff actually sent someone down there to pick up every item I wanted. I was so impressed with the customer service. Can't speak for ordering online- reviews say it's bad. My experience at the actual store was great. read more

I used to love this store shopped there often. Today I drove from Memphis to shop. It was awful very cheap polyester clothing no sizes and looked a garage sale version of what it was before. Was shocked at how out of style the clothes were. read more

I placed an order and it was received in a timely manner. Clothes were of lesser quality than I expected, but the main reason I give it one star is their policy is not to give cash refunds, only credits. My policy is to not shop at stores that do not give cash refunds. My mistake in not checking that first. However, since 2 out of the 3 items I ordered are going back I won't be ordering again once my credit has been used up. read more

I ordered a dress that came in a timely manner. The dress I ordered was not really the same color as what it looked like on the website, and the strap wasn't even sewn on the right direction. There were loose strings hanging, and it didn't fit very well. Overall, pretty unsatisfied with the quality. It was $35 but I could have, and should have, just bought a better quality dress at somewhere like forever 21 for cheaper. read more

Seriously some of the most cheaply made clothing, I've had the displeasure of ordering. They were kind enough to refund me money on the one dress whereupon wearing it the first time ever, the seam split right up the backside but I have also had two other garments that have torn at the seams. A shirt on both sides and a neckline on another. The biggest issues beyond that are the method of exchange. You can't. You have to return the items and then order the next size up. Also, you can only get store credit. So if an item doesn't fit you, you best hope that you can return it and hope it's still available in your size when you go to reorder it. Now that I have exhausted my store credit from so many returns for various reasons, I won't be ordering from them again. Save your money and shop elsewhere. read more

This boutique has cute clothes, but horrible customer service. I purchased a cardigan from the website, wore it once, and washed it according to the instructions on the tag on the garment. It came out of the wash ruined. It is now a $52 dishrag. I tried calling the company several times and got nothing but rude people, messaged them on Facebook with no response, and they even deleted the review that I put on the product itself warning people not to wash it like the garment tag says. Horrible. I have ordered so many things from them but the one time I have an issue they are not willing to even talk to me. Stay away. They will never get business from me again. read more

Beware ordering from this company, only give store credit so if you ordered online and you don't like how it fits looks or anything they only give store credit , I'm out over 200.00 I ordered a dress in two different sizes I wasn't sure of which would fit better, of course my fault I didn't look closer but it never occured to me in today's retail world a company would do this to customers :( read more

No you're not sorry, you must be the general manager that refused to speak to me when your incompetent and rude customer service team kept ignoring everything I said and blew me off. When I pay you for something, yes, I expect to get it, so I don't think that would be to anyone's liking! Really? All this over a $35 dress??? All you had to do is re-send the dress or give me credit so we could re-order, I would have let you know if we received the original. You were going to give me credit if I filed a claim, which I told you I tried but wasn't able to because there wasn't insurance on the package, and I also sent you the regulations that state a sender or receiver can file a claim. Whatever, the only time I received a response from you was when the public eye could see it, Pay Pal and Yelp. Good luck, you don't need a new website, you need a new customer service team. read more

Clothes are cute with current styles and a good selection offered, but the staff is awful. Employees are rude, do not thank customers for stopping in or making purchases, and are more concerned with talking to each other. The market for this type of "boutique" is saturated. Search online and you will find many similar options, most of which will have return policies that are more lenient and clothes at a better price, too. read more

Stay far away from this company. I cannot speak to the store experience, as I have only purchased online. My mom ordered me two items for my birthday. I liked one of them, but it had an obvious ink stain on it. I didn't care for the other one, so I wanted to send them both back. I knew that they only grant store credit on returns (although I don't agree - this is online shopping!). After I explained that this was a gift and showed pictures of the ink stain, the customer service representative insisted that I pay my own shipping. For a GIFT. On a DEFECTIVE ITEM. The customer service representative's rationale was that they were already doing me a favor my allowing me to return a sale item (it's defective) with no tag (it didn't come with one...I'm not going to remove the tag from something that has an ink stain that I saw immediately!) So I paid the shipping, sent the items back and received store credit. I decided to buy accessories this time so I wouldn't have to worry about fit and have to pay for shipping again. The feather necklace I ordered came with the feathers damaged (think wounded, dirty bird) and coming out. Overall, the quality of the goods does not match the price at all. This is very cheaply made stuff. Also, the customer service was manipulative by trying to place blame on me for their mistakes. This was my first experience with this company. Never again. read more

i wish I could give zero stars, they don't even deserve 1. I bought a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas and when she opened them they did not fit. I would have no problem with no refund if they had her size but they didn't. She had to find them elsewhere and customer serevice will not refund my money. I understand if I had just sent them back but I returned them and 1 tried to get her size but again they did not have a size 8. WORST Boutique! read more

I love this boutique! I'm not local, so I've only ordered online. I have always received my orders in a very timely manner and the items are as pictured on their site. They have so much to choose from and at reasonable prices. I received a 10% discount on my first order, a big help. They also send out emails advertising sale items. Beautiful clothing and accessories at great prices! read more

New favorite store! I found them online! They have trendy and unique clothing options for a reasonable price. I ordered a dress online and got it in about a week from when I ordered. I was extremely nervous because most online websites are fake and send you things that look cheap. The dress I got was an amazing quality and true to its photo. You definitely cannot find clothing like this from the chinese websites like sammydress or zaful. I wish all boutiques would go online as well as in store. Pink Coconut Boutique is ahead of the game! read more

Clothes were ok but fit super weirdly. One star because they don't give cash refunds, wish I would have known that before spending money on clothes I'll never wear. read more

I normally would not review a store I have only used on line but I think Pink Coconut is a fun boutique with incredibly great prices! I am older and bigger so I don't buy many of the really really cute short items offered but I can appreciate them. What I have purchased I usually love! If not, returning it is not a big problem. As for as having to get a credit, there will always be a new item you will want!! As far as quality, I wash my items in the washer and gang them. I have not had any issues. read more

This is a nice sized boutique they have a large selection. The prices are reasonable I would say for a boutique $20 - $60.The do have several sections geared to Ole Miss and Mississippi State fans so you can get your outfits for the game. This place really was not my style though it is your normal southern style boutique with fringe, lace and flowy sleeves...if you like all of this then this is the place for you. To me these boutiques do not offer the best material it seems very cheap when it comes to the clothing but they do have some cute things you will probably not find anywhere else...but shop carefully some of the stuff is just overpriced and mostly geared toward size 2 high school, college girls. I am torn because I want to give this place 2 stars based on the fact it is just not my style of clothes but I will give it 3 because I think they are in the right market and a lot of young girls will love what they have to offer. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible return policy. You can only receive store credit on returns even if item is undamaged or the fault of the company. I bought a dress and it three sizes too big and I ordered a small. I will NOT be purchasing anything from them again. read more

This company is totally ridiculous. They sent me a product that was not what I ordered and instead of returning my money they say I have an in store credit. I just want my money back, so beware of this company as they will never refund your money ever. I am out $38.00 and even though not much the fact that they cannot see that just refunding my money would have been good business but instead they keep my money and I will never order from them again. they totally suck. Buyer beware. read more

I have shopped at this store (locally) many times and have only had pleasant experiences. I have since moved away and still order online. Again, only pleasant experiences. They have cute clothes for reasonable boutique prices. When I'm in town, I always stop in and typically leave with some purchases to bring back home---the boutique prices here (in FL) are outrageous. I get compliments on the clothes I buy from here all the time. Regarding the return policy, I don't know of any boutique that gives cash refunds. read more
