After lots of convincing my husband to switch Tax preparers I booked an appointment with Tanvir. The appointment was pretty basic and I asked any questions that I did have but I had let him know that I had not finished my write off at that point and that I would need to upload them before we completed the filing. To my surprise, my taxes got filed before the writeoffs were uploaded and I was notified by the IRS. I immediately called Tanvir on the following business day to try and remedy the issue concerned maybe there was a miscommunication on my part. He apologized for what had happened and said to get the write-offs uploaded and he would amend the taxes. The writer have since been uploaded and I have called the office 3x with no response. I have even tried to have my husband call with no response. The thing is accidents happen and I was not upset, but the lack of communication following this is not okay! If Tanvir had no interest in ever amending my taxes he could've at least communicated that to me. I spent almost $500 to file my taxes here and now I have to pay someone else to amend them. I just think this is a big thing to trust someone with and this experience was super disappointing.

I called her several times & she kept saying don't worry California will dismiss the charges. My tax person in Nevada wrote a letter to the IRS. Bunny never offered to write a letter. I received a certified letter this week to pay or put a lean on my property. The late filing fee is $1182.85 with late charges now with a total of $1206.87. My tax person in Nevada said she should own up to her mistake & pay it. Do not use this tax company, they will nothing to help you! My next step is to file a complaint to Better business bureau.

She answered all of my questions as well as going over my finished tax return with much detail. I brought all of the paperwork needed and we went over our tax return, line by line. What was also very impressive, after she entered my information into their tax program, we were able to complete the process right there and was told that our return would be submitted electronically that day. As our yearly tax refund is an important part of our yearly budgeting, to do this process so quickly was very unexpected and helpful.
