Easy Riders Bicycle Shop is AWESOME! I live in Northern MN out in the country on gravel roads. I…read morehad been researching E-Bikes online but wanted to talk to someone in person. I was in Brainerd one day and found Easy Riders was close by. I talked to Chuck who is a FANTASTIC salesman, not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all my pre-requisites that I was looking for in an E-Bike. He was able to zero in on the Trek Allant 7+ that fit all of my needs. Especially, the tires that work with gravel roads. One of the modifications I made was to swap out the bike seat for the best one ever - the Cloud.Lastly, of course I needed a bike rack for EBikes and he showed me two possibilities. Being a woman, the first choice (although cheaper), just was bit too complicated for me. I purchased the fold-up Thune bike rack. Chuck was very thorough showing my husband and I how to mount and dismount the rack from the 2" receiver. We secured the Ebike and drove back up north and the Ebike didn't move an inch. My husband was very impressed that the rack with the bike easily fold down to access the back of the truck and lower the tailgate. The rack folded right up and with the wheels was easy to store in the garage.I have been able to take 2 rides on our back country roads; one a 4 mile and one an 8 mile and I wasn't all achy and sore because I had turbo assistance when climbing the hills. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my EBike! Thank you all at Easy Riders!! I will be sharing your website with my family and friends. Beth N

The third was a flat tire on my way home to The Cities. They've taken excellent care of me all three times and got me up and going again quickly.

I want to learn to play guitar. One day a few weeks ago I rolled (I'm in a wheelchair ) into Bridge…read moreof Harmony to look at their selection and prices. The store was pleasant and appeared to carry many beautiful instruments. I encountered an older gentleman behind the counter. Me: "Excuse me. I'm wondering if you rent instruments by the month?" Him: "Yes we do. What kind of instrument are you looking for?" M: "An electric guitar." H: "For yourself or...someone else?" M: "For myself." (WTH???) H: "No. I'm sorry. We Don't rent those." M: (Looking around) "Ok, do you sell them?" H: "Yes, in the back of the store. There's a gentleman back there that can help you." I thank him and navigate my wheelchair carefully through the rows of instruments to reach the electric guitars. There was a younger man towards the rear of the store, busily unpacking a large box. Man" Hi. Are you looking for something?" Me: "Yes, I'm looking for an electric guitar." He nods and turns back to his work. I browse the selection and see several that I like. Unfortunately a couple are hanging up on the wall much higher than I can reach from my wheelchair. Me: "That one is beautiful! I'd love a closer look." The young man gives me a nod, then returns to unpacking his bos, turning his back to me. Now I'm getting confused at the peculiar customer service. I browse the rest of the selection of guitars that I could reach, eventually get tired of being ignored, and roll out of the store without another word from either man. Apparently, they are particular about what type of person gets the privilege of giving them money. I'll buy my guitar elsewhere.
