These guys saved the day!!…read more First off, let me start with telling you how respectful and courteous the guys were. They arrived on time, worked together, wrapped everything and moved it without harming any of my furniture or the house. These men are gentlemen! They were incredibly polite and friendly! They moved quickly and diligently - no time was wasted! My boyfriend was impressed with the amount of care these men took - they treated all of our furniture like it was precious! The thing is, these guys saved the day! I was set to move 3/31 with another moving company - that other company refused to move my furniture and left without helping! I was in a bind! I called 3/31 at 5pm and I had this amazing crew at my house 4/1 at 8 am. The other company (yuck) had mean men and they were rude. Big league movers hires gentlemen! Go with big league and you will not regret it!

After our belongings were placed into an 8x15 storage unit, I found that the items had not been organized efficiently. For example, the couch was positioned directly at the entrance, making it difficult to access other belongings. When I asked about the arrangement, the mover explained that customers must specifically request that items be organized. Given the cost of the service, I expected a more thoughtful and efficient placement of items in the storage unit. Overall, based on both the price and the quality of service, I would not recommend this company.

Thankfully I called Guardian and they made it happen! They showed up either right on time or a few minutes early all 3 days of my move (yes you are reading that correctly) and did not stop working once they arrived. Their pricing was fair and they loaded everything as efficiently as possible. We had a lot of stuff and multiple beds/bunk beds that needed assembly and reassembly. Barry the driver was the only employee there all 3 days but the other ones I met worked hard and did great the days they were there. Moving is stressful but Guardian made it as easy as it could possibly be for a last second cross state move. They give you 1 price on the front end and don't nickle and dime you to death. I don't leave reviews but this one is well worth it. Be wary of their lower rating on here; looks like some frustrated part time movers to me. Take it from someone who got great service for a 5 BR family home; go with Guardian and stop stressing about who will move your stuff!

DON'T USE DEVON SELF STORAGE. THEFT AND ZERO COMPENSATION…read more I left my stuff here during the pandemic, and my locker was broken into. First of all, they charged me for a new lock. Secondly, they took pictures (of the cut lock and ransacked storage unit) for record keeping and supposedly made a report. But when I filed for insurance and asked for those pictures, they can't find the pictures. Lastly, I just asked them to verify that my storage unit was broken into and the lock was cut. They denied those claims that my locker was even broken into or there was a cut lock. They took the pictures of the cut lock!!! To be fair, I should have taken my own pictures that day, but I wasn't thinking. But if you're thinking of using this storage locker. DON'T.
