My company used this business for our fire sprinkler and pump inspections since 2018 and we just…read morereceived a notice from the fire department that we are 2 years overdue for our inspections. We found out that Gold Coast did not even submit our reports to the fire department, and they insisted it was not their responsibility and that we were supposed to do it. The fire department assured me that that was not the case and it is the licensed vendor's responsibility to submit the inspection reports. After further investigation we found that they had not been conducting their inspections properly, their reports were inaccurate and falsified, they overcharged us by classifying our pump incorrectly, and they did not even complete their last inspection. We had to email them for 6+ months for them to provide their inspection reports and after providing 1/4th of the reports, they finally admitted the rest were not done. Then they tried to lie again and said that we told them not to do the other inspections. Stay away from this company and do not get scammed. The owner is Arturo Diaz and every word out of his mouth has been a lie.

They said they'd completed the work and sent us a bill, but they never showed up to do the work. (The extinguishers showed that they still needed service and updated tags after we received the bill that said the work had been completed.) Later, they didn't show up to perform the next extinguisher service that they were scheduled to do. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice and I'm posting on yelp. Based on my experiences and the other negative reviews below, I would avoid at all cost.
